| 中文摘要: | 1955年发光二极管 (LED:Light-Emitting Diode)的理论雏型诞生,随着环保节能科技一路演进,绿色革命带动起全球发光二极管产业的发展,加上发光二极管本身的多重优点与广泛应用的特性也顺势带动产业发展,促使全球发光二极管产业带动起惊人的产值潜力;而台湾发光二极管产业在政府的鼓励与支持下积极发展,以及产业所具有的完备供应链结构与产、学、研各界的紧密结合相互协作支持下,更使得台湾发光二极管产业位居全球领导地位,产值市占率次于日本,居全球第二位,而产量部份则排名第一。然而由于发光二极管的应用不断推陈出新,为抢占市场先机,领先对手,各企业无不卯足全力研发新产品。而不论此一研发是来自企业内部的自力研发或借助外力的战略联盟、产学合作与专利交换,都需要一套完整详实的研发战略。使企业能随时跟着市场脉动前进,领先对手,抢先推出新产品,同时能带动市场需求,使企业立于不败之地。台湾发光二极管上、中、下游产业分工明显与欧、美及日本等地区相关产业,多是由上游磊芯片制造到下游封装、模块生产的一条龙式集团企业发展模式不同,有其特殊的独特性。本研究藉由对发光二极管产品的应用及发光二极管产业演进的发展历程与现今产业概况的了解,同时参证相关文献资料及论述,并以台湾发光二极管中、上游企业E 公司初创期与成长期的新产品研发战略演进为案例,分析个案公司不同时期所在的发光二极管产业的环境因素,找出机会、威胁,并了解个案公司在不同时期所拥有的优、劣势,应用战略管理相关理论与5力模型、SWOT等分析工具,对该公司初创期与成长期的新产品研发战略进行综合分析及研究归纳,发展出发光二极管中、上游产业新产品研发的战略。然后,依此为基础提出具体建议,提供发光二极管中游产业的相关业者在进行拟定研发战略时的参考依据。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Prototype theory was born in 1955, LED( Light-Emitting Diode), along with environmental protection and energy saving technology all the way evolution, the Green Revolution brought about the development of the global light-emitting diode industry, coupled with the light-emitting diode multiple advantages with the widely used characteristics have taken advantage of contributing to industrial development, promote global light-emitting diode industry brought about the amazing potential of the output value; Taiwan light-emitting diode industry in the development of positive encouragement and support of the Government, as well as comprehensive industry supply chain structure and production, learning and research from all walks of life close connection with the mutual support and cooperation, but also makes light-emitting diode industry in Taiwan among the world's leadership, the output value of market share after Japan, the world's second production part is ranked first. However, due to the application of light-emitting diode constantly, to seize market opportunities, leading opponents, all enterprises are mustering their efforts to develop new products. Whether this R & D is the self-reliance from internal R & D or with the aid of the strategic alliance of the external force, industry-university cooperation and patent exchange, requires a complete set of detailed R & D strategy. So that companies can follow the pulse of the market at any time forward, ahead of the competition, the first to introduce new products, at the same time be able to drive the market demand, enterprises invincible. Taiwan light-emitting diodes, downstream industrial division of labor was significantly related industries and areas such as Europe, America and Japan, mostly by the upstream Lei chip manufacturing to downstream packaging, different modules to produce a one-stop corporate development mode, there is a special unique sex. In this study, by the course of development of the application and light-emitting diode light-emitting diode products industry evolution to understand with today's industry profiles, parameters at the same time permit the relevant literature and discourse, and Taiwan in the light-emitting diode, the start-up period and the growth stage of the upstream firm E Company new product development strategy evolution as a case study, analysis of cases in different periods where the light-emitting diode industry environmental factors, identify opportunities, threats, and understand the cases at different times have advantages and disadvantages, the application of strategic management theory and 5 force model, SWOT analysis tools, the company start-ups and growth stage of new product development strategy with a comprehensive analysis and study concludes that the development of a light emitting diode, the upstream industry new product research and development strategy.
