中文摘要：	随着大众休闲旅游的普及和一般商务活动的日益频繁，高档酒店昂贵的价格和社会旅馆不尽人意的住宿环境都不能满足大众出行住宿的需求，而经济型酒店凭借其合理的价格和舒适的住宿环境受到普通消费者的青睐，在十几年的时间里蓬勃发展起来，成为酒店业中新的经济增长点。然而，经济型酒店在高速发展的同时也存在着一些不容忽视的问题，比如人员流失严重、成本控制不合理、品牌效应缺失、盲目追求短期利润等。这些不利现状不但降低了经济型酒店的绩效，而且对未来的获利能力和持续的发展造成了一定的影响。因此，引进先进的绩效管理理念，结合经济型酒店的特点和企业自身的经营状况，构建一套科学适用的绩效评价体系是十分有意义的。 基于以上的背景分析，本文运用文献调查法、定性定量分析法和经验总结法等研究方法，以R酒店为例对经济型酒店进行绩效评价研究。首先，介绍了本文的研究背景和研究意义，并回顾了前人的研究成果；其次，对绩效、绩效评价、平衡计分卡等相关概念和理论做了论述，重点介绍了平衡计分卡这一先进工具；再次，本文总结了经济型酒店的概念和特点，基于当前我国经济型酒店绩效评价中的现状引进平衡计分卡理论，并做出可行性分析；最后，以R酒店为例，从战略目标着手，运用关键绩效指标法、层次分析法，初步构建了一套基于平衡计分卡的绩效评价体系，并将其运用到R酒店的实际评价中，提出保障性措施以持续良好地运行这套体系，促进酒店健康长远的发展。
英文摘要：	With the popular of mass tourism and increasing business activities，the common people are not satisfied with the expensive price of luxury hotel and the bad living conditions of cheap inn．Economy Hotel being favored because of the reasonable price and comfortable environment，it becomes new economic growth point in hotel industry over ten years．However，there are some problems that can not be ignored，such as staff turnover，unreasonable cost control，lack of brand effect，pursing short-term profit and so on．These issues not only lower the performance of hotel，but also affect making a profit in the future and the sustainable development．Therefor，it is significant that bringing in advanced idea of performance management and building a set of scientific and effective performance evaluation system combining with reality of Economy Hotel and company itself． Based on the analysis above，this paper make a study of performance evaluation in Economy Hotel，taking R hotel as an example．The main research methods are the literature survey method，the qualitative and quantitative analysis method，the experience summary method and so on．First，this paper explains the research background and significance，reviews the research achievement the predecessors made．Secondly，expounds the relevant concepts and theories of performance，performance evaluation and Balanced Scorecard，emphatically introduces the Balanced Scorecard．Then，this paper summarizes the concept and characteristic of Economy Hotel．Based on the actuality of Economy Hotel performance evaluation，this paper brings in Balanced Scorecard and do feasibility analysis．Last，take R hotel for example，this paper starts from strategy and use key performance indicator method and AHP to construct a suit of performance evaluation system which based on Balanced Scorecard．In addition，put this system to use，and present measures to operate the system and to promote healthy development of the hotel．
