| 中文摘要: | 近年来由于连续受到全球经济危机以及各种自然灾害的影响,国内汽车产量虽然稳中有升,但是汽车销售市场已基本处于饱和的状态。因此各主机厂已经逐渐把企业战略重心由扩大生产、开拓销售市场转移到提升物流品质的目标上来,目的是通过一流的物流服务,高效率的物流运作管理实现产品价值的提升,客户满意度的提高,从而最终实现占领汽车销售市场的目的。TFGL公司就是日本丰田公司为了整合丰田在中国的物流资源,构建中国丰田的整体物流网络,由南北两大汽车巨头(一汽、广汽)协同日本丰田共同投资设立的专业物流公司。整车滚装物流是TFGL整车物流的重要组成部分,也是TFGL整合南北丰田物流资源的典范。TFGL整车滚装物流是国内创建的第一个沿海班轮运输的物流项目,2011年运送量达24万辆,占国产丰田汽车运输总量的35%左右,也是目前国内采取滚装运输比例最大的物流公司。整车滚装物流以其运能大、运费低、装卸效率高、安全性好及低碳环保等优点,越来越受到各汽车厂商的青睐;但同时整车滚装物流也面临着更大的压力和挑战,与公路运输相比也存在交货期长、环节多、分工责任不够明确、受天气因素影响较大等问题。因此,本文通过对TFGL整车滚装物流项目的业务模式以及流程的分析,总结出该项目在主要业务指标管理方面的一些问题和难点,并利用供应链管理及优化理论以及第四方物流等理论,提出了TFGL整车滚装物流项目在交货期管理、质量安全管理、以及绩效评价等方面的一些改善措施和优化建议。从而可以强化TFGL对整车滚装物流项目关键环节的精细化管理,实现缩短交货期、提高物流品质、增强与供应商的战略合作关系,提升TFGL整车滚装物流项目在行业中的影响力。另外也可以给其他公司在如何构建和完善整车滚装物流项目方面给予一定的借鉴和参考。 | |

So various makers have gradually put the enterprise strategic center of gravity by the expansion of production, to develop the sales market to improve the quality of logistics goal, purpose is to through the first-class logistics services, efficient logistics operation management realize the value of the product promotion, the improvement of customer satisfaction, and eventually the realization of the aim of auto sales markets. TFGL company is Japan's Toyota in order to integrate logistics resources in China, Toyota Toyota's overall logistics network, build China from north and south two big (FAW, GAC) liaising with Toyota invested professional logistics companies. Automobile Ro/Ro logistics is an important part of TFGL vehicle logistics is TFGL model of integration of the Toyota logistics resources.
