中文摘要：	随着社会经济的不断发展以及人民生活水平的不断提高，快速发展的经济与日益严重的环境问题之间的矛盾逐渐突出，人民也越来越关心环境的问题，人们也逐渐意识到城市园林的重要性。园林绿化作为城市建设的重要组成和改善生态环境的重要措施，为人们创造了一个更好的生活环境。人们居住水平的不断提高使得城市中的人造环境开始逐渐不能够满足人们需求，相应的自然生态环境的构建就必须依靠城市的园林绿化施工项目，从而促使越来越多的园林企业的建立以及发展。由于目前我国的园林企业的资质申请标准比较低，因此我国的园林企业当中存在着大量的中小型的园林企业，为了企业和行业的长远发展，越来越多的人们将项目管理的理念引入到企业的日常管理当中，从而帮助企业处理需要跨领域解决的复杂问题，并实现更高的运营效率。本文通过对施工项目管理和施工项目成本管理等基本原理的运用，结合国内外成本管理体系研究现状，以绿景园林公司施工项目成本管理为研究对象，总结出绿景园林公司施工项目成本管理中所存在的问题和原因，从而构建出绿景园林公司施工项目成本管理体系，并通过中心路小树林公园提升改造工程实例分析，从该工程项目成本管理体系的不同阶段入手，提高项目经济效益，从而保障绿景园林公司施工项目成本管理体系的有效运行。
英文摘要：	With the development of economy and gradual improvement of people's living standard, the contradiction between the rapid development of economy and environment has been increasingly prominent. Environmental problems have attracted increasing attention, and people also have progressively realized the importance of urban garden greening. Landscaping, which is an essential part of urban construction, is an effective measure to improve the ecological environment, and to create a better living environment for urban people. City of artificial environment gradually cannot meet the needs of people’s rising living standard, to establish the corresponding natural ecological environment must rely on the city botanical garden afforestation project construction, which prompting a growing number of garden enterprise established and developed. Garden enterprise qualification to apply for the threshold is low in our country. However, small and medium-sized botanical garden enterprise quantity is relatively more. For the long-term development of enterprise and industry, the concept of project management was brought in to the daily management of enterprise, so as to help companies deal with interdisciplinary problems, and to achieve higher operation efficiency. Through the use of basic principle of the construction project management the research choose Lvjing Landscape Company construction project cost management as the research object, summarizing the LvJing landscape company construction project cost management in the existing problems and reasons, so as to build a Lvjing Landscape Company construction project cost management system. In the analysis of upgrading and renovation project of Xiaoshulin Park in Zhongxin Road, the project cost management idea, system arrangement, organization structure and control methods are suggested to improve project cost management, which is to improve the economic benefits of the project and to ensure the effective operation of project total cost management system.
