中文摘要：	本文力求通过研究找到目前中国国际电池会展项目中存在的主要质量问题，并针对这些问题，制定出适合的质量计划，最后通过质量控制，最终达到提高中国国际电池展会项目质量的目的，从而帮助大会主办方，中国化学与物理电源行业协会，在大力发展会展经济的同时，减少质量问题的出现，使其即能够得到经济利益，也能够建立并维持其良好的会展品牌，帮助行业协会在日益激烈的市场竞争当中处于有利之势。最后，对CIBF2012项目进行案例分析，结果证实，该项针对中国国际电池展会的项目质量管理是切实可行的。本文的研究成果体现在：通过研究找到目前中国国际电池会展项目中存在的主要质量问题，通过使用因果图法找出造成这些质量问题的影响因素，针对这些因素制定出在会展的不同阶段所要着重关注的环节，重点控制。最后，本文将中国国际电池展会项目的质量管理应用到第十届展会上进行案例研究，证明了本文所研究的质量管理对于提高该类会展项目提高质量目标有明显的效果。本文的主要创新点在于：本文通过使用SERVQUAL评价体系和李克特五分量法，找出了中国国际电池会展项目存在的主要质量问题，针对这些问题制定质量计划，将质量控制分为三个阶段，即展前控制、展中控制和展后控制。在不同的过程控制阶段将控制重点放在不同的地方，主要关注存在问题方面的质量控制和改进。在最后的案例分析中，作者的这套质量管理理论被证实是有效可行的。
英文摘要：	Strive to find all quality problems exist in the China International Battery Fair project through research, and then develop a suitable quality plan to address these issues. Finally, quality control, and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving the China International Battery Fair project quality. Helping the host side, China Industrial Association of Power Sources, develop the economy vigorously and reduce quality problems arise, so that it is able to get the economic benefits, but also be able to build and maintain its good exhibition brands to help industry associations in the increasingly fierce marketthe competition which is a favorable trend. Finally, case studies of CIBF2012 projects, the results confirm thatt the project quality management for China International Battery Fair is feasible. In this paper, the research reflected in: the study found quality problems exist in the China International Battery Fair project, to find the cause of these influencing factors of quality problems by using the Law of Cause and Effect Diagram, focus on these factors areas in the different stages of the Fair and, Critical Control Point. Finally, the China International Battery Fair project quality management applied to the tenth exhibition case studies to prove the quality management studied in this paper had a significant effect for improving the class exhibition projects to improve the quality objectives. The main innovation is: by using SERVQUAL evaluation system and Likert component method to identify quality problems exist in China International Battery Fair project quality plan developed to address these issues, the quality control is divided into three stages: control before the fair, control during the fair and control after the fair. Different process control phase will focus on different places, mainly concerned about the problems of quality control and improvement. In the last case analysis of a set of quality management theory is proved to be feasible and effective.
