中文摘要：	近年来我国实施了“走出去”战略，这成为我国的企业开拓国际市场的良好时机，特别是工程企业，越来越多的走出我国国门进入国际市场。但是国际工程项目与国内工程项目相比存在更多不确定因素，同时涉及到不同的经济发展水平，不同的社会、自然、文化环境，我国的工程企业自身也存在的弱点，所以对国际工程项目风险管理较为薄弱，诸多因素使得对外承包工程在带来较大经济效益的同时，具有更大的风险性，使得我国工程企业在国际工程承包中面临着很大的挑战，我国工程企业要增加获利机会，规避风险，迫切需要加强对对外承包项目风险的识别与应对进行研究。因此，寻找合适的风险识别及应对方法具有重要的现实意义。本文站在我国对外工程承包商的角度，对天津华勘集团有限公司在苏丹承揽的达尔富尔地区打井项目存在的风险进行分析，结合风险本质以及对外承包工程项目的特点，对对外承包工程项目的主要风险因素进行较为系统的研究。对对外承包工程过程中遇到的风险进行系统的识别、分析，提出了风险主要应对和控制措施。本文风险的识别、评估、应对都是从项目的设计过程、打井安装过程和项目管理过程中存在的风险进行研究，然后针对项目设计过程、打井安装过程、项目管理过程中存在的风险，分别提出了应对方案，给我国工程企业参与国际工程承包进行风险管理提供参考，对提高我国工程企业的国际竞争力提供帮助，为我国工程企业参与国际竞争、应对国际项目中遇到的风险提供理论依据和实践参考。
英文摘要：	In recent years, our country implemented the strategy of "going out", this is a good time for our enterprise to develop international market. Especially more and more engineering companies go abroad to enter the international market. But international engineering projects have more uncertain factors, compared with domestic engineering projects, at the same time it involves the different levels of economic development, and the different social, natural and cultural environment, our country's engineering have the weakness itself, so the risk management of international engineering project is weak, many factors make foreign contracted projects in bring large economic benefits, at the same time it makes the engineering enterprises in our country faces great challenges in international project contracting, in order to increase profit opportunities, risk aversion, the urgent need to strengthen the recognition of foreign contracted project risk and response are studied. Therefore, looking for the right risk identification and response method has important practical significance. In this thesis, standing on the point of view of China's foreign engineering contractors, make analysis on the risks of the project in Sudan Darfur of Tianjin Huakan Group Co., Ltd..combined with the nature of risk and the characteristics of foreign contracted projects, make more systematic study of the major risk factors for foreign contracted projects. Against the risks encountered in the process of foreign contracted projects, make systematic identification, analysis, proposed the response measure of the foreign contracted projects. The identification, assessment, response of risk is from the design phase、well drilling installation phase and o project management process of the project, and against the risk, proposed response plan respectively. Provide the reference for our enterprise to make risk management when participate in the international project, and help our company to improve the international competitiveness, provide theoretical basis and practical reference for our engineering enterprises to participate in international competition, and cope with the international risks encountered in the project.
