| 中文摘要: | 3G的普及让移动互联网得到迅速普及,使得互联网接入门槛极大地降低。得益于互联网的普及,OTT产品正以惊人的速度在人们的生活中传播、普及。可以说,现在OTT产品已经与大多数人的生活息息相关。微信、微博、QQ等已经深入网民内心。通信运营商投入了大量的成本和人力建设通信网络,互联网的数据量也在迅速提升,但是通信运营商的回报与行业发展不成正比。更让运营商担心的是运营商面临者被管道化的风险。因此通信运营商必须涉足OTT产品业务。 由于通信运营商长期专注基础网络建设,大部分技术开发工作采取外包方式完成,因此通信运营商独立开发OTT产品能力不足,借助专业互联网公司技术力量合作开发OTT产品项目成为多数运营商开发此类产品服务的主要方式。通信运营商与互联网公司合作开发互联网项目,涉及到分工、协调、管理等问题,都会影响项目的进度。换言之,通信运营商与互联网公司合作开发的互联网项目的进度计划很难保证,因此此类项目的进度管理往往成为项目能否成功的关键。 通信运营商与互联网公司合作开发互联网项目是一个崭新的课题,其项目除了具备其他项目的普遍特点外,也有着独特的特质。因此要想成功地对项目进行进度管理,除了要利用普适规律外,还要结合项目的实际特点寻找适合此类项目的独特进度管理理论。 本文的结论主要是通信运营商应该与互联网公司合作开拓OTT产品项目,其项目进度控制需要在原有的普适规律基础上进行改进。文章的创新点主要在于提出通信运营商与互联网公司合作开发OTT产品项目来应对互联网冲击的设想,并运用项目管理和项目进度控制方面的普适理论,结合项目实际,总结出了适用于合作互联网项目的项目进度管理体系。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The popularity of 3G mobile Internet is rapidly growing popularity of Internet access and greatly reducing the threshold of internet. Thanks to the popularity of the Internet, in people's lives , Internet products are spread popularity at a prodigious rate. It can be said that internet products have been closely related to the lives of most people now. The micro-channel, micro blogging, QQ has sank deep into the netizens’ heart. With the development of Internet technology and the popularity of the application products, all of the internet companies received a great deal of development and interests. Meanwhile, the situation of communication carriers is opposite. As the construction of communication infrastructure resources, management and operation of communications carriers, they pay a lot of cost and human capacity on building wired and mobile communication network. The amount of data on the Internet is growing rapidly. However, the communications operators’ returns are not proportional to the development of the industry, even to the cost of inputs. To make matters worse, the operator have to face to the risk of channelization. Communications operators must change the structure of the Internet market, and change the location of the communications carriers in the Internet industry, and develop OTT products belong to communications carriers. Due to the communications operators long-term focus on network infrastructure, most of the technical development work has taken outsourcing, communications operators independently developed lack of Internet products, with the help of professional Internet technical force to develop Internet products become the majority carriers to develop such products service. Communication operators and Internet companies to develop Internet Project is a new issue, and its addition to the common features with other projects, also has a unique character. In order to be successful the project schedule management, by universal law, but also with the actual characteristics of the project a unique schedule management theory looking for such projects. In this paper, this principle as a guide in the study of communication operators and Internet companies to develop Internet project schedule management, and a product called corner of the city as a carrier specific research. Derived by studying a set of research communication operators and Internet companies to develop the progress of the Internet project management methods. The paper concludes communication operators should explore the Internet project, the progress of the project control need to improve the original universal law based on cooperation with the Internet company. Innovation point of the article is to propose communication operators and Internet companies to develop Internet products projects to deal with the idea of the impact of the Internet and the use of the universal theory of project management and project progress control, combined with the actual project, summed applicable to cooperative Internet project the progress of the project management system. | |
