| 中文摘要: | 中小企业是我国国民经济发展的重要推动力量,在繁荣经济、增加就业、推动创新等方面发挥着重要作用。伴随着我国经济的高速发展,我国中小企业面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。广大中小企业面临着原材料、土地、用工成本不断上升和加快转型升级的严峻形势,这就要求企业不断加强内部管理水平,降低资源消耗,提升所提供的产品及服务质量,更好地满足客户的需求。 根据流程管理理论,企业所提供的产品或服务需要通过流程来实现,流程的优劣直接影响着产品或服务的质量。完善的流程设计与执行可能为企业带来高效的运营效率,优质的产品质量等持久的竞争优势,而不完善的流程可能会给企业带来管理中的困境,所以流程对于企业至关重要。 由于资源有限,人员缺乏经验,中小企业必须找到企业中关键流程集中投入资源,针对关键流程进行识别,重新思考如何使之运行得更为合理、更为有效,并按照流程管理的动态循环过程制定流程变革方案,同时建立一整套相关保障措施。本文试图研究某生物医药企业A公司的流程管理方案的构建与实施,目的在于发掘有助于中小企业识别、分析、规范、优化企业关键流程的策略和措施,以达到降低成本,缩短供货周期,减少资源浪费,充分满足客户需求,提高组织整体绩效的目的。 通过案例研究,本文总结了中小企业如何实施流程管理的框架图,并提出了中小企业在开展流程管理中的注意事项。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Small and medium-sized enterprises are very important power for the economy of China, which did great effort in many fields, such as blooming economy, increasing employment, promoting innovation etc. With Chinese economy growing rapidly, small and medium-sized enterprises are facing opportunities and challenges that they never met before. Numbers of small and medium-sized enterprises are suffering the increasing cost of materials, land & manpower, and the pressure for transformation in grim situation. They have to improve internal management, reduce the consumption of resources, upgrade quality of products & service, and satisfy customers’ needs quicker & better. According to Business Process Management Theory (BPM), products and service are the results of enterprise process. The process will directly affect the quality of the product and service. Well-designed process and execution may bring high operating efficiency, high quality of product and lasting competitive advantage. On the other hand bad process will take enterprise into management predicament. So process is an important factor could not be ignored by small and medium-sized enterprise. Limited by input and staff lacking experiences, small and medium-sized enterprises should find key process and centralized resources. They need to distinguish key process, rethink how to build it more reasonably and efficiently. Then they should make some change in key process, according to dynamic cycle process of process management, and build up a proper system for guarantee. This article intends to study scheme and execution of process management in A company in bio-tech field, helping small and medium-sized enterprises find ways to distinguish, analyze, regulate, optimize key process, for the purpose of decreasing cost, shortening delivery circle, reducing consumption of resources, improving enterprise performance. Through case study we summarize a diagram and some key points for small and medium-sized enterprise executing process management. | |
