中文摘要：	随着我国进出口贸易的不断扩大，我国外向型企业所面临的风险问题也越来越受到重视。合同违约、大量应收帐款乃至呆帐、坏帐等情况时有发生，不断影响着我国外贸出口企业的发展，出口风险已经凸显，给企业带来了极大的干扰和困惑。如何切实有效地进行出口风险管理，减少损失，对于当前国际经济委靡情况下的出口企业显得尤为重要。 　　　本文介绍了出口风险的相关理论、我国绝缘材料行业的国际贸易基本状况以及东材公司的出口业务情况，并将出口风险的相关理论应用到实际中去。以东材公司为研究对象，分析东材公司出口风险的成因，公司面临的主要风险识别，指出公司目前的主要出口风险，并根据出口风险理论，从政府政策风险、汇率风险、客户信用风险、人力资源风险四个风险类别出发，提出规避东材公司主要出口风险的建议。本文运用定性和定量、理论与实证综合分析的方法，借鉴国内外的出口风险管理理论，旨在寻找适合东材公司应对出口风险的对策，并希望为国内同行业、同类贸易情况的出口企业提供借鉴。
英文摘要：	With the enlargement of China's import and export trade, the risk problems of export-oriented enterprises in our country is getting more and more attention. Contract violation, a large number of accounts receivable contributing to bad account and bad debts and so on , these matters continue to influence the development of our country's foreign trade export enterprises. Export risks have been highlighted, they bring a lot of interference and confusion. How to manage the export risk effectively and reduce the loss is very important to the export enterprises in the current economic depression circumstance. 　　　The paper introduced export risk related theory , the insulating materials industry in our country's international trade basic situation as well as the export business of the Dongcai company, applies export risk related theory to practice. As the research object of Dongcai company, analysis the causes of the export risk, identify the main risks the company is facing, points out the company’s main export risks currently, and based on international export risk theory, from the government policy risk, exchange rate risk, customer credit risk and human resources risk , suggest the measures of avoid the main export risks of Dongcai company. This paper uses qualitative and quantitative, theory and empirical comprehensive analysis method, draw lessons from the domestic and foreign export risk management theory, aims at searching for the suitable countermeasure of the export risk of Dongcai company, and hope for the domestic industry, export enterprises to provide reference for similar trade situation. 　　　This paper introduces the theory of export risk, the basic state of international trade in the insulating material industry, the export business of the Dongcai company and apply the export risk theory to practice. As the research object of Dongcai company, the paper analyses the cause of Dongcai export risk, the main risk 　　　identification Dongcai company is facing, points out the company’s current main export risks, and on the basis of export risk theory, the paper puts forward the measures of avoiding the main export risks of Dongcai company from four risk classifications- the government policy risk, exchange rate risk, customer credit risk and human resources risk. This passage utilizes qualitative and quantitative, theory and empirical comprehensive analysis method, and draws lessons from the domestic and foreign export risk management theory in order to look for the suitable measures to respond for the export risks of the Dongcai company ,and at the same time hope to provide experience for the domestic industry and export enterprises that under the same trade situation.
