中文摘要：	产品开发作为企业竞争能力的重要体现，近年来得到了国内外企业的广泛认可，大型产品研发企业纷纷将产品战略上升到公司核心战略的层面。为了保障产品开发项目的顺利实施，项目管理、NPD特别是IPD等理论方法被纷纷应用到产品开发项目中，并取得了一定的成果。业内普遍认可项目管理在产品开发中的重大作用。 但国内企业在IPD等产品开发模式引进时，通常照搬国外经验，未针对所在行业基本公司特点进行优化。本文针对T研究所信息系统集成行业的产品开发项目进行研究，考虑到该行业产品开发独特性以及T所引入的HPPD产品开发框架，本文从产品开发项目管理优化的角度入手进行研究，试图解决T所产品开发项目存在问题。 本文从T研究所产品开发项目管理实际出发，对其产品开发项目管理现状进行了深入的分析，总结出其存在问题；其次，本文结合T所所在行业产品开发项目特点以及HPPD理论，对T所现状的产品开发项目管理进行了研究：将市场开发阶段纳入产品开发项目统一管理、构建产品开发项目管理组织结构、理顺产品开发团队职责等，并整理出一套实用项目管理框架；最后，根据在T所EP项目中的实际实施，对该模型进行了验证。 本文提出的产品开发项目管理方法创新的提出了扩展产品开发项目管理范畴、建立业务驱动型产品开发团队以及三层项目管理组织结构具备一定的实践意义，希望可以为后续研究者提供一定借鉴意义。
英文摘要：	Product development ability is known as an important manifestation of company’s competition which has been vest approved by the company at home and abroad, R&D Companies with large scale have raised the product strategy as the company kernel strategy one after another. In order to guarantee the product development project implement smoothly, project management, NPD, especially IPD and so on have been used into the product development project, which have got some achievements. It has been normally recognized that project management has a big effect in product development. However, when the domestic enterprises involve the IPD product development model, they usually copied foreign enterprises’ experience, and didn’t optimize with the business characteristic which the enterprises were in. In this thesis, we carry out research with T institution’s information system integration product development projects, taking into account the unique of the product development in this business and T institution’s HPPD product development framework; we start from the perspective of product development project management optimization study, trying to solve the problems of T institution’s product development projects. This thesis has a thorough analysis in product development project according to the product development projects’ fact of T institution, and has summarized the problems of these projects; secondly, it is combined with the industry characteristic which T institution is in and the HPPD theory in the thesis, we have some research of the product development project management: to put the stage of marketing management into product development project for centralization of management, construction the project management organization structure, to tidy up the responsibility of product development project team and so on, we get a sort of practical management process, at last, we get a verification with the process. It has some practically meaning of the project management method which has been raised in the thesis- to enlarge the product development project management’s scale, to establish the business-driven product development team, and three layers’ project management organization; we hope that it will have some significance for the further researchers to reference.
