中文摘要：	我国的电子电源行业是中国电子信息产业中的重要组成部分，以中小电源企业为主。随着经济全球化和科学技术现代化发展的结果，导致中小电源企业之间的竞争越来越激烈。新产品上市的时间决定着企业占领市场的速度，对企业实现盈利尤为重要。中小电源企业由于自身条件所限，应对新产品开发项目的管理经验不足，因此如何掌控新产品开发项目进度，是中小电源企业管理者最为关心的问题。项目管理是一门新兴学科，时间管理是项目管理中的一项重要分支内容，是实行项目管理的关键控制点，是保证项目按时完工的有效措施。本论文首先分析了论文的研究背景，研究目的以及实践意义，同时对论文的研究思路和内容，以及论文的总体框架进行了简单的介绍。其次，对于论文的基础理论研究以及项目时间管理的方法和过程做了系统的回顾与介绍。然后分析了影响中小电源企业新产品开发项目时间的因素，并针对这些因素提出有效控制措施以及相应的中小电源企业新产品开发时间管理的控制体系。以AC公司的NDC产品开发项目为案例分析，印证了项目时间管理的有效性。最后以本文的结论和进一步的研究建议为结束，并指出了本文的不足之处。本篇论文的创新性在于从项目时间管理的角度研究了中小电源企业新产品开发项目的时间管理，分析了新产品开发过程的各个阶段对新产品开发项目时间的影响因素，针对这些因素提出了有效控制措施，并且在综合考虑中小电源企业自身条件的基础上，建立了中小电源企业新产品开发项目的时间管理控制体系，为该类企业进行产品开发实行时间管理指明了方向，有利于中小电源企业快速推出新的电源产品，抢占市场先机，为企业赢得效益，在激烈的市场竞争中可以生存并壮大起来。
英文摘要：	Electronic power industry is an important part of China's electronic information industry, which plays a significant role in modern industrial production. But, with economic globalization and science and technology development, the development of enterprises need to rely on the enterprise continue to introduce new products because the competition is more increasingly in the power market. Time-to-market of new products determines companies dominate the market rate, which is particularly important for companies achieve profitable. So, Manages concern the key part is that control of the progress of new product development projects and control the various factors affecting the power of new product development project schedule. Background knowledge is the beginning of the thesis. Firstly, analysis the research background and introducing research idea and the thesis frame. Secondly, review basic theory of the thesis and project time management methods. Thirdly, analysis time factors affecting new product development projects in small and medium-sized power enterprises. Thesis proposes the effective measure and management time system of the new product development with regard to the influencing factors which are referred before. The thesis takes the example of NDC product development project of AC company to prove that validity of the development time management. Finally, the article shows the conclusion, some suggestion and shortage. The Innovation of thesis is that research the control system of the time management base on the time management perspective, establishing management and control system of the development projects. This control system determines the direction of product development time management and proposes the method of time management of the new product development to the small and medium-sized power companies.
