中文摘要：	重庆，别称山城、是中华人民共和国四大直辖市之一，重庆市还是中国大陆旅游产业最发达城市之一，2012年接待游客224万余人次，全国排名前五。南岸区都被重庆界定为主城区中发展较为落后的城区，其年经济总收入全市排名第八，整体经济水平并不突出南岸区旅游资源丰富，但是旅游产品开发不够，缺少旅游精品，尽管南岸区旅游产业发展迅猛，但产业结构有待调整，配套服务供给相对不足。随着国民经济的不断发展，南岸区经济实力不断增强，2012年，全区实现GDP总额465.56亿元人民币，较2011年增长12.2%。人均GDP在8000美元以上，超过国家平均水平60%，居民对休闲旅游的要求不断增强。为了南岸区旅游产业整体发展提升，满足居民需求，本文从以下几个方面对南岸区旅游产业进行了规划：首先：本文以产业整合理论为基本知识理论，系统客观的分析了南岸区现有的旅游产业中的各个要素，并对各个要素的详细情况进行了汇总和梳理，分析出了南岸区旅游产业的优势和劣势，然后以产业整合理论为指导，对南岸区旅游产业的整合提出了可行性的具体方案。其次，在战略制定的过程中，以SWOT分析方法为契机，制定了南岸区旅游产业发展的目标和具体措施，并根据南岸区区位地形、地貌特征以及旅游资源分布特点，并引用增长极理论，结合点轴开发理论，将南岸区规划为两片四带六核，以实现南岸区旅游产业以重点项目，带动景区发展，从而提升片区的发展，最终各个片区之共同发展。最后，本文研究了旅游产业组织和结构理论，并总结了我国旅游产业目前存在的一些问题。在南岸区旅游产业规划的过程中，为尽量解决这些问题提出了具体方案。
英文摘要：	Chongqing is one of the four municipalities in China. It is a city of towering mountains and magnificent rivers. Since ancient times, it has been a regional military and political center and a significant hub of commerce and trade. Besides, Chongqing is one of the cities who has the most developed tourism industry. There are totally 224 million passengers in 2012 visited this city. This number ranked fifth in China. Nanan District was identified as one of the less developed area of the main city of Chongqing. The gross income of the district ranked eighth in Chongqing. However, Nanan district occupy the south mountain, the moon mountain and the long river. As a result, most of the tourist travels in Chongqing would visit the Nanan district. Compared to the number of the visitors which ranked second in the list, the income of the tourism industry in Nanan district is only ranked fourth in Chongqing. Apparently, Nanan district is not attractive for the consumers. In spite of its abundant tourism resources, the development of these resources is still at its infant period. The industrial structure and the support service draggled its development. As the development of the economic strength of Nanan district, the growth rate of GDP has reached 12.2% in 2012. With a GDP per capita reached 8000 dollars, the GDP of the district achieves 46.556 billion yuan in 2012. For the purpose of upgrading the tourism industry in Nanan district, this article makes recommendations as follows: Firstly, this article analyses the factors in the Nanan district tourism industry, based on the industry consolidation theory. By compare the advantages and disadvantages, this article carry out the feasibility report focus on the consolidation. Secondly, in accordance with the policy published by Chongqing government, this article suggested that we should integrate the unique culture of Nanan district, especially build the characteristic such as civilization, mountain, river, etc. Our purpose is expand employment and society harmony, even becomes the landmark of the city. Finally, according to the geographical features and city planning of Nanan district, we divide the district into six core parts and four zone for achieving a overall development of the city.
