中文摘要：	高科技产业的健康发展对国家产业结构调整和综合竞争力的提高具有重要意义。高新技术企业作为该产业的载体，其整体水平决定了产业的发展状况。自20世纪90年代以来，我国高新技术企业迅猛发展，但是其总体水平与发达国家相比仍存在较大差距。因而，对于其成长及其影响因素的探讨是近年来国内研究的一个热点。在企业成长周期中，初创阶段是其非常脆弱并且关系企业寿命长短的重要阶段。处于这一阶段的企业数量众多、信息不透明，为样本选择和信息采集带来一定困难，此领域的研究并不多见，本文旨在研究高新区初创企业成长影响因素。 本文在对企业成长理论研究成果进行梳理的基础上，通过选取三家具有典型代表性的公司，进行逻辑上可以复制的多重案例设计，以实证调研法收集数据，采用对比分析法研究企业成长影响因素。文中选取天津新纳科技发展有限公司、天津星光纳米材料有限公司和无锡爱兴纳米技术有限公司三家初创期公司作为研究案例，详细分析企业成长速度与每家企业的成长影响因素。在此基础上，对比分析三家企业成长速度，以及对同一影响因素进行案例对比分析，研究其对企业规模、成长速度的影响。文中主要探讨的影响因素包括研发与技术、资金、创业者、企业管理、产品、生产模式、政策和产业等。 研究发现：公司创立前研究基础薄弱很可能会成为企业成长的障碍；以科研机构为技术依托的模式既能够减少投资支出又有利于降低研发风险；随着风险投资公司逐渐关注种子期企业，越来越多的新生公司得到其注资，充裕的资金为企业的成长提供保障；由于企业规模小、知名度低，初创企业很难吸引人才，人才不足、人员流动性大是制约公司成长的不利因素；政府忽视园区软环境建设，企业间缺少交流和沟通机制。根据以上研究发现提出理论启示和实践启示，并对国家政策制定提出建议。
英文摘要：	The development of high-tech industry obviously promotes national competitiveness, and has significant impact on the adjustment of national industrial structures. The level of development of high-tech industry presents the current status of high-tech progress in China. Since the 1990s, there are great growths taken place in the high-tech industry. But there is still a huge gap between the developed countries and China. It is very important to analyze and study aspects of high-tech enterprises, especially the factors which can create an impact in the industry. About the initial life cycle of growth in high-tech enterprise, there are only few of researches committed in China. Therefore, this paper aims to study the factors which influence the development of high-tech enterprises in their early life cycle. Based on the knowledge of development route and discipline of high-tech enterprises, three companies were selected as cases to study the influencing factors of development. They are Tianjin Xin Na Technology Development Co., Ltd., Tianjin Xing Guang Material Co., Ltd. and Wuxi Jia Xing Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The three companies were used to analyze the factors of development in high-tech industry in our country. Around the core of high-tech enterprises development, a lot of influencing factors of development were studied, such as R & D, capital, entrepreneurs, management, product, production, policy and industry. The research shows that weak research foundation can be an obstacle for company development. With venture capital firms increasingly concerned about companies in seed stage, more and more companies get funds. Enterprises in initial development stage are too small to attract essential stuffs. The result also indicates that there is lack of communication between high-tech enterprises. Based on the research above, it also provides general rules and suggestions for the government to promote high-tech industry.
