中文摘要：	健康是人类有史以来永恒的追求，本论文针对我国社会发展、国民健康需求亟待解决的健康管理问题，以我国原创性的研究型医院为切入点,进行研究型医院健康管理模式研究。在综述健康管理发展历程、国内外健康管理模式研究现状的基础上，深入剖析国外健康管理模式的特点与我国健康管理中亟待解决的问题，分析研究型医院健康管理模式的社会需求，为本论文研究提供扎实的理论基础与科学依据；以发挥研究型医院优势，开展适合国人的健康管理研究、加强学科、人才队伍建设，以提供先进健康管理模式、完善体系、创新方法、标准和规范，维护大众健康作为研究型医院健康管理模式的基本战略定位。在此基础上提出研究型医院健康管理模式中“治未病、以人为本、道法自然”的创新理念、智慧化健康管理系统和管理方法；通过组建健康管理研究院、远程健康服务系统、推行普及制与会员制相结合的管理方式、推广健康文化及开展健康教育培训等实施上述健康管理模式。本研究希望通过开展研究型医院健康管理模式探讨，创建集健康检测、健康评估、健康调理、健康促进、健康教育、保健与医疗咨询与指导、信息化、研发、社会化服务为一体的研究型医院智慧化健康管理模式，以期提高中国人民的健康水平和平均寿命，并为研究型医院健康管理发展提供一些借鉴与启示，也为大型综合性医院健康管理建设与发展提供一些有价值的参考.
英文摘要：	Healthy is a never ending pursuit since the very beginning of the human history. This thesis investigates the health management model in research-oriented hospital, which is an original innovative issue need to be solved for the social development and people healthy. In order to provide sound theoretical base and evidence for the research, the characteristics of health management both here and abroad and issues need to be solved for healthy management in our country were deeply analyzed, based on reviewing the history of health management and the present research situation in healthy management at home and abroad. The health management model in research-oriented hospital will be practiced through making full use of advantages of research-oriented hospital, practicing research on health management suitable for Chinese, enhancing subject and team of qualified personnel. The strategic positioning of the model is to provide advanced model, perfect system, innovative methods and standards for health management to maintain the people’s healthy. We further introduced and gave new meanings to an innovative ideas, which is “prevention is better than cure, people first, and the essence is consistent with the nature”, intelligent management system, and methods. Accordingly, health management model in research-oriented hospital will be practiced through establishing Institute of Health Management to form an integrated organization and healthy teleservice, building up the administrating pattern combined popularized with membership system, and extending healthy culture and education. By investigating the model, which integrated health monitoring, evaluation, maintaining, education and health care consulting, informatization, research, and social service as a whole, the present study aimed to improve the healthy level and average life span of Chinese people，and to provide inspiration and use for reference for the development of health management in both research-oriented and large general hospitals.
