中文摘要:海南省三亚市位于海南省的最南部,是著名的旅游胜地,因其得天独厚的地理优势与天然的旅游资源,已经成为近几年国人海滨度假与冬季避寒的主要选择。解放军总医院H医院建设在三亚市海棠湾,具有国际领先的医疗资源,本文主要探讨如何通过H医院的旅游医疗战略,将H医院的医疗优势资源与三亚市的旅游优势资源相结合。本文首先研究了旅游医疗相关概念及近年来国内外旅游医疗发展现状与问题,并结合H医院的实际分析了医院开展旅游医疗工作的优劣势,同时综述了医院战略及战略分析方法,并根据这些方法分析了H医院的外部宏观环境和自身既定的内在条件。然后,依据上述分析,制订了H医院开展旅游医疗的战略目标,绘制了战略地图。最后确定了H医院旅游医疗战略的实施策略。 H医院目前所处的政治、经济、社会和技术环境适合其开展旅游医疗项目。通过对H医院自身既定的内在条件,即其优势、劣势及核心竞争力进行分析后,发现H医院在此方面的基础条件比较优越,应依靠内部的优势,不断捕捉外部机会,增强竞争实力,将旅游医疗培育成海南岛旅游的新兴支柱项目。 H医院开展旅游医疗的内涵战略目标是:H医院的旅游医疗成为三亚市的城市名片,医院旅游医疗管理及专业服务机构完备,效率进一步提高;拥有一支专业从事旅游医疗的人才队伍;形成特色鲜明,覆盖面广的旅游医疗服务体系和收费体系;旅游医疗项目得到广大消费者的认可,不断拓宽旅游医疗市场。 H医院开展旅游医疗战略的实施路径包括:增强员工个人能力,提高医院整体技术水平,塑造先进的医院文化,在此基础上不断改造内部流程。通过组建专业的旅游医疗管理和业务机构,实现对人力资源和医疗资源的合理配置,进行合理有效的患者管理,开发出高性价比的旅游医疗产品等。 
英文摘要:Sanya city is located in the southern end of the Hainan province, which is a famous tourist resort. Because of its unique geographical advantages and natural tourism resources, Sanya has become a Chinese beach resort in recent years, which is the main choice of winter travelling. H branch of the PLA general hospital built in Hai-tang bay, is a leading international medical resources. This paper mainly discusses how to carry out H hospital medical tourism strategy, so that we could combine the advantage of medical resources with tourism resources. At first, this paper studies the tourism concept and domestic and abroad tourism in recent years, particular about present situation and problems. With the analysis of the H hospital, the article analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of tourism medicine. Then, the hospital strategy and strategic analysis method were reviewed, based on which, the external macro environment and its own established internal conditions of H hospital is analyzed. The goal of H hospital to carry out the tourism strategic: H hospital should construct a professional tourism health service system and charging system, furthermore, to develop tourism health program for the vast majority of consumer. Hospital may pay attention to cooperating with domestic and foreign insurance companies, and broaden the medical tourism market constantly. Hospital should actively participate in social public welfare undertakings, improve medical tourism service quality, and reduce the cost. So the approval of the patients to the medical tourism projects may gradually increase. H hospital would carry out the implementation of medical tourism path including: enhancing the staff personal ability; improving the medical technical level; continuous reforming hospital internal process; reasonable allocation of human resources and medical resources; ongoing medical market development; developing cost-effective medical products and leading into the market, to provide the best quality service for patients; improving the utilization rate of equipment and technology and reducing the cost.
