中文摘要：	中国作为全球最大的发展中国家，在世界舞台上扮演着越来越重要的角色，中国的稳定发展已经成为全球稳定发展的基石，作为拥有十三亿人口的大国，粮食安全问题也愈发成为发展道路上的关注核心，粮食安全问题是承载着“中国梦”的基础，伴随着水稻产量的不断突破，解决了中国人民的基础粮食问题，但作为粮、经、饲综合作物的玉米产业化，则在“中国梦”的实现过程中占据着重要的战略价值。 目前，全国玉米种植面积约4.87亿亩，机收率仅23％，玉米收获机市场潜力很大。其中：“三北地区”（东北、华北、西北）玉米种植面积约占全国玉米种植面积的61％，玉米收获机的市场空间也较大，富康公司前期将主要市场开发放在东北地区，项目产品系列型号完善，功能齐全，适应性、可靠性有明显优势，在其它地区也有较强竞争优势。 本项目立足富康公司前期基础，依托技术优势，管理体系创新，以项目化运作的方式支撑企业整体运营，以玉米收获机产业化为主营业务，拓展玉米育种、播种、中期管理、收获以及收获后处理等全产业链，形成引领行业发展的产业模式。 本项目依据富康公司实际，行业市场背景、农业产业扶持政策，以规划企业3000台套玉米收获机产能配套体系建设为载体，从企业组织管理体系创新，发展模式探索，市场策略，生产组织方式，资金筹措使用，企业在行业中的发展目标，盈利目标，主要竞争优势分析，风险分析以及规避措施等方面阐述项目化运作模式，打造出玉米收获机行业的领军企业的管理体系和玉米收获机行业发展模式。
英文摘要：	As the world's largest developing country, China plays an increasingly important role on the world stage. And the steady development of China has become the foundation for world stable development. As a big country with a population of 1.3 billion, food security problem has increasingly become the core of development. Food security is the basis of the "China dream". Although Rice production has increased a lot, it solved the fundamental food problem for Chinese people. However, As a grain, economic crops and forage crops, the corn industrialization occupy the important strategic value in the implementation process of the "Chinese dream". At present, the national corn planting area is about 487 million mu, and the machine harvest rate is only 23%. Therefore the corn harvester machine has a great market potential. Among them: In the "three north area" (northeast, north China, northwest) area, corn planting area accounts for about 61% of the national corn planting area, which means the corn harvester market space is bigger. At the early stage, The Fukang Company put main market development in northeast China, where has perfect product series models, complete product function, great adaptability and reliability. In addition to the northeast, there has a strong competitive advantage in other area also. Based on the preliminary basis of Fukang Company, relying on technology advantage and management system innovation, this project focus on the industrialization of corn harvester, in order to support the operation of whole enterprise project, expand corn breeding, planting, middle management, harvest and post-harvest as a whole industry chain and leading industry model. According to the actual situation of the company, based on the trade market background and agriculture industry support policy, this project use corn harvest machine production supporting system construction as the carrier, to formulate development goals, profit targets on the basis of the enterprise organization, management system innovation and the development model exploration; and the project use competitive advantage analysis, risk analysis, etc., as methods to create project operating mode and become a leader in the corn harvest machine industry.
