中文摘要：	近年来，随着我国旅游业的蓬勃发展，旅游行业的产业化不断增强,游客对服务品质的需求也逐渐增高,旅游地区对医疗护理服务的需求急剧增加。重视旅游地区医院建设,是保证我国旅游产业安全、快速发展的重要环节。其中，旅游医疗服务团队的组织建设是确保医院服务质量的重要因素，对于推进旅游经济发展，发扬旅游文化起着重要作用。 本文在大量研究旅游、旅游医疗、团队组织建设和服务团队组建等理论文献基础上对其进行综述，对国内外旅游医疗现状进行了探讨，重点论述了我国旅游医疗特色服务团队组织建设方法、内容和特点。并通过解放军总医院海南分院的建设实例加以分析、论证。 我国旅游医疗服务团队当前面临主要问题是成员思想不稳定、政策法规不完善、领导决策方向选择难度大等。因此在进行旅游医疗团队建设的过程中，应主要从人才培养，政策法规、规章制度的完善，领导班子建设等三个方面进行完善，确保团队结构的合理化、社会环境和团队工作环境的协调性及领导班子的创造性，提高团队的可持续发展能力。 通过对相关理论的学习和研究，本文试图从解放军总医院海南分院的旅游医疗服务团队特色建设入手，分析其组织建设的优势和困境，明确整合配置人力资源，打造优质服务品牌；通过国内政策的扶持尽快完成与国外医疗机构、旅游机构的对接，达到国际医疗服务标准的基本管理策略。
英文摘要：	With the development of travel trade in china, the industrialization of tourism are increasing recently, the needs of passages to service quality enhanced , and the needs to medical service are also increasing greatly in tourist locality. To emphasis the building of hospital in tourist locality, become the key to ensure that tourist industry develops safely and quickly in china. During this period, the organization and building of medical tourist is the important factor to ensure the quality of medical service, and can improve tourist economies and develops the tourist culture. In this thesis, by reviewed a great number of literature on travel, medical tourist, team organization and building and the building of service team, to state medical tourist service team, analysis the statement of international medical tourist, and state emphasisly the measure, contents and feature of medical service team organization and building. And analysis and demonstrate as the example of general PLA hospital branch hospital。 The main problems that medical tourist service team faced included that the mind of members were not stable, policies and rules were no improved, the decision of managers faced difficult choices. As a result, during the building of medical tourist team, the managers need to improve the talents cultivation，polices and rules，leader team building, ensure the team structure rationalization, harmony of team work environment and leaders’ creativity, and improved the team capability of development in a sustained way. By the study of related theories, this thesis try to analysis the advantages and difficult position, cleared the basis tragedy of hospital management as integrate and deploy human resource，building the brand of high quality service；realized the butt joints with international medical agency and tourist agency by the supports of civil government, and reached the standards of international medical service.
