中文摘要:中文摘要 战略发展方向感对于一个人和一家企业都是须臾不可缺少的,特别是像建城集团这样历经艰苦奋斗的历程发展起来的企业。在改革开放大潮下,企业家不得不“摸着石头过河”,没有方向就会随波逐流的掉队。我国民营经济是我国经济发展中的一支重要力量,在增加国民收入、扩大就业、稳定社会、繁荣市场等方面做出了不可磨灭的重大贡献。 本文从我所任职的建城公司历程出发,结合理论,分析企业的发展历程和战略,以及所取得的成就和存在的问题。本文从建城基业集团公司发展的角度阐述了企业可持续发展的重要性,并结合实际提出了中小企业持续发展的战略举措。有些理论终究是理论,企业家需要把好的理论运用到实践中去。 在战略规划指导下,高水平决策有利于企业正确、高效、理性决策。决策是企业运行中经常发生的重要管理行为,对企业全局影响甚大。用心思考未来、用头脑预测未来、未雨绸缪是企业发展战略的基本前提,等到问题凸显就已经为时已晚。 现代企业真正的实力不仅仅在于企业所拥有的资金、土地等资源;软件方面更在于企业的综合竞争实力、在于企业的内在核心竞争力。企业的竞争的关键是人才的竞争,企业决策层人员要把人才战略作为企业发展大事来看。同时,多关心员工、关爱员工,让他们感觉到被关注和关心。 一个经营成功的品牌,其价值作用是无法估量的,一个成功的企业必须有自己的强项品牌,企业文化是产品内涵的重要组成部分,没有值得称赞的企业文化作为品牌和信誉的支撑,企业自主的品牌就失去了生命活力。 展望公司的未来发展,一幅宏伟的战略规划蓝图已经展现在眼前。“一总部两基地,多元化发展,成为更具实力和影响力的集团公司”的规划已启动,初步展现出其战略优势。 关键词:中小企业、发展战略、多元化  
英文摘要:Abstract Strategic development directions for a person and a company are indispensable for a moment, especially after hard work of course like city group development of enterprises. Under the tide of reform and opening up, the entrepreneur had to "stones", no direction will be carried by the lag behind. The private economy in China is an important force in China's economic development, increasing national income, employment, social stability and prosperous market has made indelible major contributions. This article from city property group company development perspective the importance of sustainable development of enterprises, and put sustainable development of the small and medium enterprises according to strategic initiatives. Some theory is a theory after all, entrepreneurs need to better apply theory to practice. Guided by the strategic plan, high level decision is conducive to enterprise correct, efficient and rational decision.
