中文摘要:   人力资源激励机制是人力资源管理的重要部分,同时决定着企业的总体竞争方向,因而人力资源组织的激励机制,在企业中运用的好与坏,是决定企业兴衰的一个重要因素。特别是随着目前经济不断的发展,社会的进步,企业各方面的发展得到大幅度提升,因而关于人力资源激励机制在企业中的作用调研已取得一定的成就,并得到企业的的重视。在企业的发展过程中,人力资源管理的重要性和特殊性更加凸显,对其激励问题进行专门的探讨与研究就更加有必要。从某种意义上讲,解放军总医院除了担负军队的职能任务外,也属于一个企业,无论从人员类别、人员年龄结构、各类人员的构成上,都属于多层结构。如何发挥各类人员的作用,为医院创造良好人际环境和发展空间,值得探讨。本文从我院的人力资源管理现状出发,分析了人力资源的激励机制中的具体措施以及存在的问题及缺陷,并针对上述问题提出了解决人力资源结构的激励机制办法。  
英文摘要:   Incentives system of human resources is an important part of human resource management. At the same time, it also determines the overall direction of competition. Thus it is an important factor of the success of enterprise. Especially with the current economic development and social progress, all aspects of the enterprise have developed significantly. So the research of incentives system of human resources in enterprise has some progress and has been got the attention. In development of the enterprise, importance and distinctiveness of human resource management are more and more prominent. It is also more important to investigate and do the research of the incentives system. In some sense, General Hospital of PLA is an enterprise beside its task of the army. It is multileveled no matter from staff type, age structure, or from personal structure. It is worth to discuss how various people play the role to create good interpersonal environment and development space. Starting from the current situation of human resource management in our hospital, this essay analyses the specific measures, problems and defects of the incentives system in human resources.
