中文摘要:近年来,伴随着科学技术的进步和经济全球化格局的形成,我国也迅速融入了这个大环境,各项经济指标较之以前都有了很大的变化。在这样的大背景下,企业的经营活动也逐步趋于市场化和规范化。建筑业作为我国目前经济中的支柱产业,其所发挥的作用也越来越重要。改革开放30多年的发展,使我国建筑业也迎来了新的机遇,尤其是在中国加入WTO以后,来自全世界的竞争也为我国建筑业的发展带来了新的挑战。而目前我国的一些中小建筑企业在经营中由于各方面的障碍和自身实力的不足,发展也受到了一定的限制。本文选取了山西和祥建筑工程公司为具体分析对象,主要是因为它是比较有代表性的一个企业,通过对这样一个民营中小建筑企业的分析,为它今后的发展提出一些具体的战略方案,并且在此基础上希望可以为其他与之类似的中小建筑企业的发展提供借鉴作用。论文在查阅相关文献资料的基础上,首先阐述了目前我国建筑业发展的现状和遇到的挑战,主要是针对国内环境而言,运用PEST分析方法进行系统分析,之后采用波特的“五力模型”对建筑业的整体环境加以阐述,同时对公司的内部资源和外部竞争形势进行描述。在此基础上,结合和祥的企业文化、企业愿景和战略目标,运用SWOT模型对和祥进行整体分析,明确今后公司应努力的方向和应采取的发展战略,最后提出公司应当采用人才发展战略、“走出去”战略、完善现代公司制度等方案来实现企业的总体目标。本文的创新点在于,通过实例分析与现代管理理论的综合运用,从可持续发展的角度,阐述了山西和祥建筑工程公司的战略管理思路,并从可操作的层面提出了战略实施的对策。 
英文摘要:In recent years, with progress of scientific technology and formation of economic globalization, China has rapidly blended in this environment and economic indicators have changed from that on. In this background, business activities of enterprises also gradually became marketization and standardization. As the pillar industry in our country, Construction industry plays a more and more important role in our economy. With Reform and Opening up, construction industry ushered new opportunities in past 30 years. Especially after China's entry into the WTO, competition from all over the world brought challenges for our construction industry. At present, because of obstacles in operation and lack in their own strength, some construction enterprises of medium and small scale in our country have had certain restrictions in their development. The paper chose Shanxi He Xiang construction engineering company as analysis object, mainly because it is a representative of small and medium-sized private construction enterprises. Through analysis, the paper put forward some specific strategic plans for its future development and hoped offer reference for other enterprises which are similar to it. Based on the literature review and material, the article firstly expounded present status and challenges of construction industry. For analysis of domestic environment, the article used PEST analysis method. After that the paper expounded the whole environment of construction industry using Porter’s Five Forces model, at the same time, analyzed the company's internal resources and external competition situation. On this basis, combining with enterprise culture, enterprise vision and strategic target of He Xiang company, the paper used SWOT model for overall analysis of the company, determined the development direction and development strategy in future. Finally, the article put forward strategy of talent development, strategy of “going out” and improving modern company system in order to realize general goal of the company. By combining example analysis with modern management theory, the paper gradually expounded the author’s ideas.
