中文摘要：	由于现代医学科学发展迅速，继续医学教育已越来越被我国和全世界各国的教育和卫生部门所重视。继续医学教育作为卫生事业发展的组成部分，是提高医院核心竞争力和促进可持续发展的重要举措，是建设学习型组织的重要途径，继续医学教育培训体系的设计是提高继续医学教育质量和效益的重要环节。知识经济时代，教育发展的一个重要趋势是终身教育，传统的一次性学校教育已不能适应经济和社会发展以及人的自身发展的要求，学习将成为人的终身需要。医学是一项需要终身学习的职业，在工作中必须不断学习，才能跟上学科日新月异的发展和本职岗位的需要。 本文以学习型组织、职业生涯管理等相关理论为基础，在分析军队综合性医院继续医学教育现状的基础上，借鉴国内外继续医学教育发展的经验，对继续医学教育培训管理实施进行系统思考，对综合性医院继续医学教育培训中存在的培训观念、培训需求、培训实施、培训评估等问题进行分析，结合本院的实际情况，提出了新的培训体系设计思路，并提出了培训实施和培训评估方面的设计。在具体的研究方法上，本文主要采用了文献法，查阅了大量有关学习型组织理论、职业生涯管理、继续教育概念内涵及其继续医学教育培训体系建立的相关书籍、期刊文章、网络资料等。通过对资料分析、归纳和总结，从而对学习型组织理论、继续教育发展和继续医学教育培训体系有了深入了解，明确了自己的研究思路和重点；同时还采用了比较法，在对国内外及军队医院继续医学教育培训现状比较的基础上，找出了我院继续医学教育培训中存在的问题，明确了新的培训体系的设计思路，针对观念方面、培训需求方面提出了改进建议；此外，在培训实施和评估方面也分别提出了新的设计建议，这将为我院继续医学教育培训体系的具体实践工作提供一定的理论基础。
英文摘要：	Due to the rapid development of modern medical science, continuing medical education (CME) is more and more valued by government education and health departments in many countries. As a part of the development of health, CME is an important measure to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital and to promote sustainable development. It is also an important way to establish a learning organization. The design of CME training system is an important link to improve the quality and efficiency of medical education. In the era of knowledge economy, lifelong education became the trend of education concept. The traditional school education adapt to the requirement of social and personal development no longer. Learning is becoming a lifelong requirement. Especially, the medical workers have to keep up learning all their careers to catch up with the development of academic subject. As the study method, directed by establishing the learning organization and the CME development trend at home and abroad, the author think about the CME training implementation systematically, and design a new CME training system. The author consulted great quantity of literature about Learning Organization, continuing education and CME training system establishment, and find out the disadvantages in CME of our military hospital, and puts forward some own ideas. It points the way to advance the CME training system establishment. At the same time, the author has found the problems in continuing medical education, which is compared with the current situation. Therefore we identify some improvement in the idea and the training demands, making sure some new design ideas about the new training system. Moreover, the author throws out a suggestion about the training implement and assessment, which can provide certain theoretical basis on the practice of CME training system establishment of our hospital.
