中文摘要：	医院的职能是提供医疗服务，医疗服务质量是医院管理的核心。随着信息化建设的迅速发展，医院信息化建设也成为医院建设的重要内容。通过信息技术手段的应用，可以建立良好的医患沟通界面，获得患者的积极支持和配合，实时监测医疗服务的各个环节，及时处理可能发生的情况，提高医院工作效率，显著提高医疗服务质量，因此加强医院信息化建设，不断创新医疗服务模式，为患者提供优质服务，提升医院整体医疗服务质量。 本研究以SLY医院为例，深入分析了国内医疗行业以及SLY医院信息化建设现状，应用信息管理理论、电子商务理论、服务质量与服务管理等理论，提出了医院信息化建设的原则、目标及五年实施步骤，讨论了信息条件下医疗服务质量提升的内容，即提高医疗服务的安全性和有效性、提高医疗服务效率、扩大服务范围、适应未来扩展等。以“银医一卡通”项目为典型案例，介绍了信息技术支持下有效提升了医院门诊、住院、药品管理、检查、检验、病区护理业务流程优化方案。 本研究主要结论：医院信息系统设计应以体现“以病人为中心”为根本思想，建成汇集医疗收费、临床路径、辅诊检验、影像传输、药品管理、设备管理、财务管理及资产管理为一体的综合医院信息系统。医院信息网络建设的核心内容为远程医学、无线网络、数据管理中心、异地容灾系统及接入国际互联网。加强医院信息化建设可有效改进医疗服务质量，体现在提高医院运行的安全性、有效性、工作效率和业务拓展延伸等方面。“银医一卡通”项目是通过医院信息化建设提高医疗服务质量的典型案例。
