中文摘要：	本文介绍了精益化管理的产生与发展、基本理论、以及它在各个领域取得的巨大成果。综合国内外已有的研究成果和实践经验，科学地分析了将精益化管理引入医院服务管理体系中的优势及可行性。通过对丰田公司三角模型、价值与浪费理论的理解，比对产品制造过程与医院服务流程的异同，详细阐述了精益化理论在医院服管理与后勤保障三大领域中应用的基本方法。 论文分别从医疗活动、护理工作、医院运营、绩效考评、人力资源、后勤保障六个方面寻找当前医院服务体系中存在的“不精益”，运用标准化操作、可视化管理、5S法和看板法等精益化管理方法，详细地阐述了如何构建精益化服务管理体系。最后，本文对精益化医院的发展进行了展望，描述了一家运用精益化管理的医院以及患者、员工在这家医院的体验。精益化管理作为一种先进的管理理念，已经在汽车制造行业成功应用并取得了巨大的成果，国外已逐步将该理念引入医院管理活动中，并取得一定成绩，目前国内仍处于起步探索阶段，因此寻找一套适合我国医院管理需求的精益化管理体系，对于国内医院的发展及其带来的经济效益、社会效益都有着重要的意义。
英文摘要：	This article recommends the origin and the development of lean management, the great achievement it brought to us in different areas. Combined the existing outcome of research and practice in domestic and abroad, we analysis the advantage and feasibility of the lean management in the use of establishing the system of hospital service. After deeply understanding the Toyota Triangle and the theory of value and waste, we explain the basic way of applying the lean management theory in the area of hospital service system, hospital management and logistic support. This paper describes the existing “waste” in the current hospital service system from six parts differently: medical activities, nursing action, the hospital operation, performance evaluation, human resources, logistic support. And then, we explain how to establish the lean hospital service in detail through the methods of Standardized operation, visualization management, 5S and “KanBan”. Finally, we make the forecast to the future lean hospital in which the feeling patients and staff will have. As an advanced management concept, lean management has already been used in the automotive industry and made a great achievement. In the process of introducing the concept into the hospital management, some hospitals abroad have achieved good results. Because of the first step in the using of lean management concept, it’s so meaningful that it will bring us great economic and social benefits if we find the best way in applying the lean methods into hospital management.
