| 中文摘要: | 摘 要自20世纪80年代以来,随着国际分工和经济全球化的迅速发展,发达国家政府部门及跨国公司越来越多的把业务部门中中劳动强度高、技术含量和附加值较低的部分外包到如中国、菲律宾、印度等发展中国家国家和地区,服务外包特别是离岸服务外包成为全球产业转移浪潮中的主要模式,离岸服务外包模式对我国调整产业结构、转变经济增长方式及促进环境保护具有重要的意义。2008年金融危机发生后,随着欧美等发达国家及地区地铁工程行业离岸服务外包快速发展,中国的地铁工程检测行业正面临着开拓海外市场前所未有的机遇。面对全球地铁工程服离岸外包迅速发展的良好机遇和激烈的市场竞争,中国地铁工程检测企业应该采取应对措施,积极寻求承接国外地铁公司离岸外包业务,实现检测行业从“中国制造”到“中国服务”的转变。本文在结构上共分五章。第一章介绍本文研究背景和意义,阐明研究的方法和框架。第二章阐述本文相关的研究理论,介绍了服务外包、离岸服务外包的概念、地铁工程相关理论和战略管理方面的概念。第三章介绍SG公司基本情况及对SG公司承接香港地铁项目的现实诉求,通过分析SG公司承接香港地铁拓展工程的案例,说明SG公司是如何通过选择发展战略从组织、人力角度迎合香港地铁工程检测业务的要求从而获得地铁工程项目。第四章分析SG公司承接香港地铁拓展工程离岸外包检测服务受到的内外部影响因素,通过内外部影响因素及对影响因素的定量分析制定SG公司承接离岸服务外包业务战略。第五章在SG公司制定承接国际地铁工程检测离岸服务外包的发展战略后,通过内外部影响因素制定控制措施,从组织、人力等角度阐明SG公司对应战略的实施保障。 关键词:离岸服务外包;地铁工程检测;战略选择;战略实施 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract With the rapid development of the international division of labor and economic globalizaiton that many transnatioanl corporations have transferred the business department which is low-value, low-tech and labor intensive to the developing countries and areas such as China、India、Vietnam and so on since 1990s. So the service outsourcing esprcially the offshore outsourcing has been increasingly the main module of the business transfering wave. The offshore outsourcing has great effect on the industrial structure and economic growth style’s adjustment. The subway engineering test is now facing unseen opportunity since the fast development of the developed contries’ offshore outsourcing business since the financial crisis of 2008. In the face of the opportunity of the business transfering wave and hot market competiton that the Chinese companies should take steps to take the offshore outsourcing business and fulfill the trasnsition from “made in China” to “service in China”. There are five chapters in this thesis. First chapter introduces the background and meaning of the thesis then throw light on the way and frame of the study. The second chapter analysis the concept and fluence of the outsourcing and offshore outsourcing and introduces the related concepts of the strategy management. The third and fourth chapters include the case how SG company do the third party inspection in the Hongkong subway engineering project of the. By the SGS and MTR case the author will draw up suggestions about the Chinese local third party inspection companies involve the international subway engineering project and what the influential factors involved in this case. The final chapter introduces the guarantee of the strategy management from the point of view of the ocre competence and value chain which has certain meaning to the thrie party test companies of China in the competence of the international subway engineering test market.
