中文摘要：	随着科学技术在各个领域的广泛应用，图书供应与采购服务行业面临新的发展机遇。图书供应与采购企业体制机制改革与升级转型，图书电子交易平台的日益完善，图书供销市场竞争更加激烈，使得高校图书采购符合学科发展的高质量专业图书，确保图书采购的采全率和品质。因此，制定科学高效的图书采购策略，评测遴选最优秀的图书供应商研究是必要的。 论文运用供应与采购模型、区域分析法等理论方法，结合高效图书馆广泛的图书分类特征，给出了图书供应商遴选原则，实现图书快速检索、借阅、续借等信息化服务。具体从以下三方面展开深入研究：第一，研究了高校图书供应与采购存在突出问题，深入分析了产生问题的根本原因和解决措施，为改进高校图书馆图书采购提供实践应用。第二，研究了支持图书供应与采购服务转型升级的理论基础和参考模型，针对高校图书馆馆藏文献实际要求，提出了一套科学评测方法。第三，比较改进措施，分析实验结果，提出了确保高校图书采购的准确率、和高质量有价值的实践应用参考。 论文研究将理论与实践应用相结合，提出了一套适用于高校图书采购活动对图书供应商的评测原则和方法，结合实际应用给出了评测参考结论，具有实践应用价值。
英文摘要：	With the wide application of science and technology in all fields, Books supply and procurement services industry has faced new opportunities for development. Books supply and procurement of enterprise system reform and upgrade, the books electronic trading platform has improved steadily, Books supply market more competitive. So University Library procurement high-quality professional books, ensure that the books purchased are under the full-rate and quality. Therefore, to develop scientific and efficient strategies of purchasing books, study books best supplier selection evaluation is necessary. This paper makes use of the theories of supply and procurement model, regional analysis method, combined with efficient library book classification features wide, gives the book supplier selection principle, realization of quick search, borrow books, renewals and other information services. The specific research from the following three aspects: first, study the efficient supply of books and procurement problems, in-depth analysis of the causes of problems and solutions, to provide practical application for improving university library book purchasing. Second, the support of book supply and procurement service transformation and upgrading of the theoretical basis and reference model, the actual requirements for university library collections, puts forward a set of scientific evaluation method. Third, compare the improvement measures, analysis of experimental results, put forward to ensure accuracy, University Library procurement and high quality of valuable practical application reference. Thesis combine theory with practice, puts forward the evaluation principles and methods of book supplier a suitable university library procurement activities, combined with the practical application of the evaluation reference conclusion, has practical application value.
