| 中文摘要: | 摘 要 医院文化是其精神文化、管理文化、服务文化和物质文化的总称:①精神文化是医院的灵魂,决定了医院外在的精神气质;②物质文化是基础,奠定了医院服务的物质技术基础;③管理文化是保证,建立了医院运行的规则体系;④服务文化是核心,先进的服务文化决定了医院的服务产能,也是医院赢得顾客和市场竞争优势地位的关键。精神文化产生于管理文化和服务文化,但又高于管理文化和服务文化。 医院文化的每一种形态都具有三个层面,一是观念层面,是指人的思想、哲学和理念,是无形的;二是操作层面,是人们认识、把握或应用某种客观规律必须遵从的规则;三是表现层面,是文化的具体表现或作用结果。 文化管理是竞争制胜的法宝,事业常青的基石。医院文化管理的目的是提高全员文化自觉性,建立共同价值观,形成强大软实力。文化管理的真谛在于将先进文化“内化”到全员的灵魂深处,从而激发出全员强大的精神力量和无限潜能,推动医院持续发展,创立恒久品牌,这就是医院文化管理的最高境界。 医院文化决定了医院形象,医院形象又对医院文化有一定的反作用。医院创建和发展过程中,在其精神文化、管理文化、服务文化和物质文化长期共同作用下,向外部反射出来的独特气质、医德医风、管理风格、技术水平和综合实力等就是医院形象的综合体现。 总之,文化管理就是要对医院文化进行系统思考,整体策划,挖掘提炼,传承创新,形成明确的完整的富有自身特色和时代特点的文化管理体系,使医院的知名度、美誉度和品牌得到全方位的提升。 | |
