中文摘要: 二十世纪九十年代以来,信息技术的发展和知识经济时代的到来,使企业直接面对更为激烈的全球化市场竞争环境,单纯的产品和市场战略已成为企业成长中的短期行为。企业核心能力理论正适应了这一现实需要,成为经济学和管理学研究的热点。 论文在对核心能力理论进行全面和系统地梳理与回顾的基础上,结合前人的研究成果和知识管理理论知识,致力于进行研究系统的创新,提出了一个基于资源增速获取、知识增速积累和组织机制保障三个层次的核心能力增速提升路径研究体系。 资源增速获取层次以技术资源为例。从技术资源的获取途径、技术资源增速获取的最佳途径选择及基于不同R&D模式的企业技术合作途径的选择三方面,对资源增速获取的路径进行了分析。 在分析知识的增速积累层次时,论文根据SECI模型,从知识拥有主体的角度出发,对企业内部各层次之间的隐性知识的转化过程进行了深入分析,同时对从资源获取到知识转化的过程给予了阐述。但是单单研究知识如何转化是不够的,企业的核心能力要想得到增速提升,知识积累也要增速。论文接着对影响知识增速积累的因素进行了分析,并就影响因素提出了增速选择途径。 组织机制是促进知识增速积累的保障。论文从以下三方面进行了机制分析,即适应知识增速积累的组织结构、促进知识增速积累的激励机制分析和创建共享型企业文化。 三个层次中,资源的增速获取是核心能力增速提升的前提,知识增速积累是关键,有效的组织机制是对知识增速积累的有力促进。 关键词:核心能力 增速获取 知识积累 组织机制  
英文摘要: Since1990s, with the development of information technology and coming of knowledge economy, enterprises will directly face keener global market competition. Simple strategy of product and market has become short-term behavior. The theory of the core competence of the corporation justly meets this realistic need and becomes a focus of the research economics and management. Based on a comprehensive and systematic retrospect of the core competence theories and other research results and knowledge management, this dissertation comes up with a new framework of the three-layer path study system on steady enhancement of core competence, which includes resource requirement steadiness, knowledge accumulation steadiness, and ensure of organization mechanism. The layer of resource requirement steadiness takes an example of technology resource. This dissertation analyzes the way about resource requirement steadiness from three sides. They are requirement way on technology resource, the best selected way of resource requirement steadiness and choice of technology cooperation based on different R&D models. In analyzing the layer of knowledge accumulation steadiness, this dissertation discusses transformation of tacit knowledge among various layers in corporation and the course from resource acquire to knowledge transform from the way of knowledge' owner, according to SECI model. But it is not enough to just study how knowledge transforms. If core competence of corporation wants to be improved steadiness, knowledge should be accumulated steadiness first. This dissertation analyzes factors which influences knowledge accumulation and puts forward some methods. Organization mechanism is a support to steady knowledge accumulation which contains designing of organization frame to adapt to it, analysis of incentive mechanism to advance it and building shared corporation culture. Among the three layers, resource acquirement steadiness is the premise of enhancement of core competence, steady knowledge accumulation is critic, and affective organization mechanism improves steady knowledge accumulation strongly.
