中文摘要:企业信息系统中存在的数据是一种宝贵资源,这些数据不仅可用于服务支持战略决策,通过分析信息系统中的数据还可以帮助企业发现运营管理中存在的问题,指导企业防范业务风险,提升精细化管理水平,提高企业竞争优势。国内企业在信息系统数据资源的分析挖掘方面目前还处于探索起步阶段。随着中国企业界信息化应用覆盖范围的迅速扩大,如何分析挖掘信息系统数据资源的价值,通过数据分析帮助企业提升经营管理水平,缩小与国外同行业在数据分析挖掘方面的差距,迎接全球信息化大数据时代的到来,成为摆在已经实施信息化的企业面前的一道课题。作者供职单位新奥能源是中国城市燃气行业最早实施信息化的企业,企业信息化应用水平在国内燃气行业具有较高的知名度。新奥能源结合燃气行业特点,积极探索分析应用运营管理数据的方法,逐渐摸索出一套具有燃气行业特色的数据分析应用模式。公司通过开展信息系统数据分析,持续提升决策效率与运营管理精细化水平,并取得显著成效。本论文通过分析燃气公司行业特点、面临问题与挑战,提出了基于数据资源分析的解决方案。论文总结分析了新奥能源分析挖掘系统数据资源的模式,探讨燃气公司挖掘系统数据资源的方法和思路,以及如何利用系统数据分析结果,以提升燃气公司决策效率与运营管理精细化水平,实现信息资源价值最大化。本论文重点研究了新奥能源基于数据分析的三种战略决策方式:运用数据统计分析结果进行绩效监控与达成回顾,通过数据分析开展内外对标确定管理提升改进措施,通过数据分析决策业务发展策略。此外,论文研究了新奥能源基于数据分析结果提升运营管理的四种具体应用方法及经验。最后论文总结了研究结论,对今后信息化应用与发展趋势进行了展望。 
英文摘要:The data exists in the enterprise information system is a kind of valuable resource. These data can not only be used for supporting in strategic decision-making, but also can help enterprises find the problem in operation management through analysis of data resources, guide enterprises to guard against business risks, improve meticulous management level, enhance their competitive advantage. The domestic enterprises are still in explore start stage in analyzing and mining of the data resources exists in the information system at present. As rapidly expanding of coverage of the information technology applications in domestic enterprises, how to analysis and mine the value of the data resources exist in the information system, help enterprises to enhance management level through analysis of data resources, to narrow the gap between foreign enterprises in analyzing and mining of the data resources, to meet the arrival of the era of global information data, become a challenge placed in front of the enterprises of those who have implemented the information technology. The enterprise that the author working in is ENN, it is the first enterprise of implementation of the information technology in China’s city gas industry, its level of information technology application is very famous in China’s city gas industry. According to characteristics of the gas industry, ENN keeps exploring the methods of analysis and application of operations data actively, has worked out a set of application mode of data analysis in accordance with the characteristics of the gas industry gradually. ENN enhances decision-making efficiency and operation management level continuously through analysis of data resources, and achieved significant results. This paper puts forward the solutions based on analysis of data resources by analyzing the gas company industry characteristics, the problems and challenges facing. This thesis summary and analyze ENN’s application mode in analyzing and mining the data resources, investigate the methods and ideas of mining the data resources for the gas company, and how to use the analysis result of data resources, in order to enhance decision-making efficiency and operation management level and maximize the value of information resources. This paper researches ENN’s three kinds of strategic decision-making means based on analysis of data resources: Performance monitoring and reached under review by using results of statistical analysis, how to determine management to enhance improvements through carrying out internal and external benchmarking data analysis, how to determine business development strategy through data analysis. In addition, the paper highlights ENN’s four kinds of methods and experiences how to enhance the operations management based on analysis of data resources. Finally, this paper summary conclusions, look on the application and development trend of information technology in the future.
