中文摘要：	面对世界经济的不断快速发展，企业所面临的风险与危机也在不断的变化及更新。而财务危机是企业危机中最显著、最综合的表现。为了使企业在不断变化的环境中立于不败之地，需要建立有效的财务风险控制体系。近几年，中国的企业管理者逐渐认识到企业财务风险控制体系的重要性及优越性，逐步开始在企业的财务风险控制上展开探讨与研究。但是，因为内容不全面，操作不规范，运作欠实用的原因，存在着不适用于不同行业及环境变化大等客观问题。财务风险控制是一种复杂的、综合性的动态管理过程。其理论性和实践性涉及多门学科知识及有盈利为目的的各个行业。企业的经营财务状况具有持续性特点和积累效应，公司出现的经营财务状况是一个逐步发展及演变的过程，无法简单的用某种管理模式直接套用来实际操作。我们需要在现有的控制方法中结合公司的实际情况来加以总结及完善，找出一个简单、适用的方法来运用到本企业当中，让它更有效的成为企业的一种管理模式。本文从财务风险、财务风险控制体系的相关概念着手，以系统论、控制论等理论为指导，综合运用经济学、管理学等相关知识，综合运用文献研究法、调查法、定性与定量相结合的方法，结合国内外财务风险控制体系的研究成果，以北京文化硅谷“青少年数字体验园项目”为例，提出对财务风险进行控制的办法，结合项目的实际管理方法，确保公司财务风险控制体系的实施与保障，并逐步探索适合北京文化硅谷公司财务风险控制的体系。本文力图提出适合北京文化硅谷公司的财务风险控制体系的构建，文中选取青少年数字体验园项目为样本，以建立财务预警指标体系为主要方法对企业的财务风险进行识别和度量，并以企业现代管理理论为指导，试图建立适合本企业的行之有效的财务风险控制体系，并最终形成一种稳定的适合本企业的财务风险控制的模型。
英文摘要：	Facing the rapid development of world economy, enterprises are facing the changeable and updating risk. The financial crisis is the most significant crisis. In order to make the enterprise successful in the constantly changing environment, the enterprises need to establish an effective financial risk control system. In recent years, China's enterprise managers gradually realize the importance of enterprise financial risk control system. Managers started to attach importance to the financial risk of the enterprise control. But because the content is not comprehensive and concrete operation are not standard and so on reasons, financial risk control are not applicable. Financial risk control is a complex, comprehensive and dynamic management process. Financial risk control involves multi-discipline knowledge, at the same time has also been applied to various industries. The financial crisis of company is a gradual process, and can't use simple management mode to operate. We need to find a simple and suitable method to manage the company. Based on the analysis of the concept of financial risk, financial risk control system, with system theory, control theory as a guide, using Literature method, survey method, empirical analysis, combining qualitative and quantitative methods, this paper analysis "Young digital experience park project" in Beijing culture Silicon Valley to build a financial risk control system. The purpose of this paper is to build a financial risk control system construction for "Young digital experience park project" in Beijing culture Silicon Valley. In this paper, we choose "Young digital experience park project" as sample, using the method of financial early warning, identification and measuring the financial risk of company, attempting to establish financial risk control system that is suitable for China's enterprise, and eventually formed a stable for many enterprise financial risk control model.
