| 中文摘要: | 医学院校学员毕业后都需要接受医学专业技能培训,这个阶段被称之为住院医师培养,它对医师的成长有着重要作用。目前,我国大多数的医科院校毕业生进入岗位时,无论是沟通能力还是临床操作能力都未经过完善的培训,不像发达国家那样,均需经过3-5年的住院医师培养,才能从事专业工作。所以,为了提升研究型医院住院医师的能力素质,使其能够胜任岗位要求,进一步提高我国整体医疗服务水平,满足人民群众日益增长的医疗需求,规范住院医师标准化培养模式已经成为我国临床医学教育亟待解决的重要问题。 本研究以解放军总医院为例,探讨了我国研究型医院住院医师培养所面临的现实情况,并将这个医学教育的现实问题转化为人力资源管理中优化人才培养模式的理论问题,通过相关理论的指导,最终提出规范我国研究型住院医师培养模式的观点。第一章导论以解放军总医院为例,提出我国研究型医院住院医师培养模式当前所存在的问题,阐述建立健全住院医师标准化培养体系的必要性,对本研究的背景意义、研究方法以及框架进行了概述。第二章阐述了研究型医院和人力资源管理等基本概念理论。第三章回顾了解放军总医院的发展历程,分析阐述了医院的内部环境和外部环境,并简要分析了国内外住院医师培养模式的特点。第四章分析了解放军总医院的人力资源情况,以及在此基础上建立的住院医师标准化培养模式。第五章从目标体系、培养制度等方面对比分析了解放军总医院住院医师标准化培养模式与国内外住院医师培养模式的异同点。第六章是结论,对本研究的结果进行了归纳总结,并分析了不足与展望。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The stage that a medical graduated receives professional technique education, the training of resident, plays an important role in the growth and development of a doctor. At present, most of the medical graduates have entered the health service posts without a training of communication skills or operation ability. While in developed countries, the graduates could not engage in professional practice in medicine without the residents' training of three to five years. So, to improve the training system of residents has become an important problem for the medical education in China to promote the clinical quality of medical graduates, raise the overall service level of clinic treatment and meet the medical care demands. The research, which takes PLA General Hospital for example, focuses on the realistic dilemma that the residents' training of medical education and practice in China 's research-oriented hospital, the study of talent training model and is swithed to construct residents' training model in China 's research-oriented hospital with the theoretical guidance. Prolegomenon is intended to elaborate on the necessity to establish and improve the formal residents' training model concerned with the problems existing in China 's research-oriented hospital, listing the background, meaning and research technique. Chapter Two elaborate on the fundamental theory of research-oriented hospital and human resource. Chapter Three reviews the development history of PLA General Hospital, and analyses its internal and external environment. Chapter Four analyses the human Resource and the residents' training model of PLA General Hospital. Chapter Five contrasts the differences of target and training system in the residents' training model among domestic and foreign hospitals. Chapter Six sums up the results of this research, and analyses the inadequacy and prospect. | |
