英文摘要:My-mcom fashion website is the B2C vertical e-commerce of jewelry. E-commerce is developing fast in China. Compared with other fields, China’ e-commerce is gaining a relatively small gap with developed countries. E-commerce has been developing from B2B,C2C to B2C. With the rapid development of online shopping market, vertical e-commerce is winning an increasing number of consumers in market segmentation and brand awareness. Clothes, books, shoes and luxury have built the leading brand in vertical e-commerce and the purpose of My-mcom fashion jewelry is to build the leading brand in vertical e-commerce of fashion jewelry field. With the improvement of China's per capita income, consumer demand is constantly expanding. Consumers want to be more fashion after they resolving the problem of food. China's jewelry industry sales reached 250 billion yuan in 2010, an increase of 13.64%. My-mcom fashion jewelry items have a huge market space because of the rapid development of the jewelry industry and e-commerce. Based on the customer research and analysis, they created a stylish, low-cost, genuine fast fashion jewelry electricity supplier. To achieve their strategic objectives, they did background supply chain integration from the headquarters to the national market and used the internet features and good human-computer interaction on the stage. Information technology provides an efficient and intelligent method for the consolidation of supply chain. MCOM transformed the traditional supply chain with a revolutionary management model to ensue the achievement of its strategic goal. Thanks to the support of information technology, MCOM has accomplished an advanced supply chain management system which is more formidable and sustainable. Advanced form WEB1.0 to WEB2.0, the Internet technology is approaching WEB3.0. Information technology has a significant impact on the way of obtain information and way of living. Based on the integration of media and communication, information technology and marketing, MCOM is making use of WEB3.0 and new technology to minimize its disseminating costs and make its scope of publicity wider and more accurate. As a result, MCOM could further consolidate its strategic goal. In the era of big data, MCOM attaches great importance to data. It not only connects its management of front-end and rear-end with data, accelerated their respective speed, but also established a intelligent management driven by big data, thus enhanced MCOM’s strategic superiority. Based on the description of MCOM’s advanced consolidation of supply chain, BI intelligent business and the utility of WEB3.0, this paper seeks to enhance the competitiveness of MCOM in the jewelry market, as well as expand its market share through powerful Internet technology.
