中文摘要：	近几年，随着医疗体制改革的稳步推进，军队医院特别是军队三级甲等医院得到了长足发展。军队医院办院规模不断扩大，用人需求大量增长，特别是开始大量聘用医护人员，到目前为止，军队医院聘用医护人员已经具有了相当的规模，数量上也远远超过了现役军人。聘用医护人员的管理已成为军队医院人力资源管理的紧迫问题。 本文针对军队医院聘用医护人员管理现状和存在的主要问题，分析形成的原因，提出相关的对策。重点围绕S军队医院聘用医护人员管理中存在的主要问题，分析管理现状、特点及要求，根据调查结果分析聘用医护人员管理的基本情况，针对性分析造成聘用医护人员管理存在问题的主要原因，从入口管理、培训管理、考评管理、动态管理、福利待遇管理等五个方面，提出了军队医院聘用医护人员管理的一般性对策，围绕建立健全聘用医护人员管理机构、聘用医护人员信息化平台、积极尝试聘用医护人员保留措施、健全完善管理模式等方面，有针对性的提出S军队医院聘用医护人员管理的具体措施。
英文摘要：	In recent years, Military hospitals have gained significant development with the steady progress of the medical system reform, especially for the level 3 military hospitals. Along with the size of the medical hospital continuously extending, more and more people are needed, particularly the medical workers. So far, the employment of the medical workers has a certain scale, and the quantity is far more than the servicemen. The management of the employment has been a urgent issue to the military hospital human resource management. In connection with the feature and status of hospital management and the existing problems of the employed paramedics in military hospital, this paper analyzes the forming reason and put forward some related suggestions. Focus on the existing problems of the employed paramedics in S military hospital, we analyze the situation, feature and requirement of the hospital management. According to the survey results, we analyze the basic situation of the employed paramedics and the main reason which cause the existing problem of the employed paramedics management. And then, we put forward common countermeasures of the employed paramedics management in military hospital from the five management parts of entry, train, test, dynamic state and welfare benefits. At last, we put forward the specific measures of the employed paramedics management in S military hospital around the following aspects of setting up the employed paramedics’ administration and information platform, retaining measure actively and perfecting the management model.
