| 中文摘要: | 绩效管理(Performance Management)是对绩效实施过程中各要素管理,是基于组织战略基础上的一种管理活动,是对组织战略的建立、目标分解、业绩评估,并将之用于组织日常管理活动中,以激励员工持续改进业绩并实现组织战略及目标的一种管理活动。绩效管理中常用的绩效设计方法主要有三种,分别是目标管理法(Management by objectives,MBO)、关键业绩指标法(Key performance Indicator,KPI)、平衡记分卡法(Balanced scored Card,BSC)。近几年,越来越多的医疗单位将绩效管理理论运用于医疗管理之中,收到了很好的社会和经济效益。随着A医院N科室的发展,新形势和新问题的出现,使得科室原有的管理模式已不能适应现有的状况,这就需要在科学理论的指导下,找出科室现有管理中所存在的问题,分析合理有效的部分,剖析其不足之处,用现代绩效管理理论,绩效指标设计主要使用KPI法,以建设国内先进科室为目标,确定关键成功领域和关键绩效要素,从而设计科室和岗位的关键绩效指标,通过 “计划—实施—评估—反馈”四个阶段周而复始,循环进行,使科室管理进入一个更加良性的发展轨道,必将为科室又好又快发展奠定坚实的基础,促进科室为临床医学服务的广度与深度。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Performance Management means to manage every element in the process of putting it into effect. It is one kind of management which is based on the foundations of organizational strategy. Performance Management consists of three parts, establishment of the organizational strategy, decomposition of the goal, and evaluation of the performance. It is used in the daily management in organization, to encourage employees to improve their performance persistently and to achieve organizational strategy and goal. There are three routine methods for Performance Management. One is Management By Objectives, MBO, one is Key Performance Indicator, KPI, another is Balanced Score Card, BSC. In recent years, the theory of Performance Management are used by more and more medical units and they have got very good benefit in both society and economy. As the development of Department N of A Hospital, new forms and problems appeared. The original management mode is no longer suitable for the current condition. Guidence of scientific theory is needed to seek out the problems, to analyse the reasonable and effective parts and analyse its shortcomings. Using Performance Management theories, in which KPI is mainly used to design for performance indicator, aiming at building a domestic developed department, comfirm key successful fields and key performance factors so as to design KPI of department and post. Through the cycling of 4 stages, which consist of planning, putting into effect, evaluating, feedback, make the department step into a better development progress, which will form the steady foundation for a better and fast development of the department and promote better service for clinical medicine. | |
