中文摘要:保险业作为现代金融的三大支柱行业之一,已经发展成为我国经济的重要领域。随着国内保险主体不断增加,行业规模保持了较快的增长。但我们不得不承认,我国保险业仍处于发展的初级阶段,行业内部问题突出。在我国保险业蓬勃发展的大背景下,保险企业却面临市场竞争进一步加剧、客户需求不断提升、来自资本市场的盈利要求和行业监管力度加大的巨大压力。本文包括“结论和展望”共六个章节,首先从介绍人保财险公司服务策略的演变入手,深入分析了人保财险公司产品服务、营销服务、理赔服务等方面差异化服务策略的选择方法和实施路径。本文尝试通过对比国内财产保险行业发展现状,介绍分析国内最大的财产保险公司——中国人民财产保险股份有限公司实施差异化服务策略的动因、内涵、运行机制和优劣,为人保财险公司不断完善差异化服务体系建设,提升服务核心竞争力,更好地实现企业经营目标寻求方法。同时给我国财产保险业提供真实、客观的参照,也有助于行业内其他企业更好地认识行业风险,提高管理效率,寻求到更科学、合理、适合自己的健康持续发展的路径。 
英文摘要:The insurance industry, as one of the three pillars of modern financial industry, has developed into an important role in China's economy. With the growing domestic insurance body, the size of the industry maintains rapid growth. But we have to admit that China's insurance industry is still in the early stage of development with problems in the industry. In the background of vigorous development of China's insurance industry, insurance companies are facing the intensified market competition, the rising customer demands, the profits from capital market requirements and the tremendous regulation pressure. This article contains a total of six chapters including Conclusions and Review, introducing the evolution of PICC service strategy, the deep analysis of the insurance product services, the marketing services, the claim services, the selection methods and the implementation paths of differentiated services strategy. By comparing the present development situation of the domestic property and casualty insurance industry , this paper attempts to introduce the country's largest property insurance company, the People's Insurance Company of China co., LTD., analyzing the differentiated services strategy about the motivation, the connotation, the operating mechanism and the advantages and disadvantages in the implementation. This company constantly improves the difference service system, enhance the core competitiveness of services, and find better ways to achieve business targets. This paper not only tries to provide real and objective reference of our property and casualty insurance industry, but also helps other companies within the industry to better understand the industry risk, to improve the efficiency of management, to seek more scientific, reasonable and suitable roads for their own healthy and sustainable development.
