中文摘要:领导学是一门研究领导活动各个因素之间的相互联系、相互作用的客观规律及其有效运用的综合性科学。领导学的研究对象,是作为整体的领导系统以及这个系统本身运动的一般规律。这个对象的客观性和研究这个对象的必要性,是领导科学产生和得以发展的依据,它决定了领导学研究的专门领域。创业是一个探索性的过程,创业者需要有时间去了解所进入的行业、了解行业的运作规律和周边环境;需要时间去构建硬件基础;需要时间去树立形象、打造品牌和构建社会网络。创业团队的结构,通过创业团队行为来影响创业团队的绩效,创业团队的角色结构、技能结构和权力结构,通过影响创业团队的风险行为、决策行为和学习行为来影响创业团队的发展力、凝聚力和创业企业的业绩,创业团队的行为在创业团队的结构和创业团队的绩效之间起到中介作用。由于管理经验的缺乏,创业企业组织的稳定性较差,很容易引起核心组织成员的不满,从而爆发组织危机。创业初期往往要求创业者表现出强的个人能力,创业企业在管理方面就因此表现出明显的短板,在创业激情下这些往往被忽视,这些被忽视的短板经常在企业成熟后成为掣肘企业发展的潜在障碍。相对比较成熟企业的团队而言,在创业过程中的团队组合出现团队角色缺失的现象也时有发生。创业的探索过程充满诸多不确定性,充满变更与调整,甚至要突破制度、规章等成熟管理的规则与理论。本文的研究采用当今比较实用的基于案例提出问题、深入研究探究规律的方法,结合创业型企业的特点提出科学领导创业企业的一些观点和思维。作者在道奇咨询集团中任董事总经理,是企业的创业核心成员之一,负责企业的架构搭建、业务管理及企业文化建设。本文对如何有效运用领导学的理论和方法对创业企业进行科学管理,既考虑创业型企业的自身特点又考虑企业的可持续发展进行了较为深入和全面的研究,探索了在领导学理论指引下管理创业型企业的有效途径。本文实现了创业型企业不可控因素管理与企业可持续发展有效统一的目标。 
英文摘要:Leadership is an integrated science, which investigates the interrelationship among various factors, the interactions of the objective laws and its effectiveness. The studies done on this were whole leadership system and its own rules of movement. The research on the function and laws of leadership system , and the impact of its effectiveness constitutes a complete system of Leadership. Objectivity and necessity of studying this object is the basis for leadership in science and development, it determines the specialized field of leadership studies.Starting a business is a process of exploration, entrepreneurs need time to understand the industry, the laws of operation and the surrounding environment. They need time to build the foundation of hardware, establish the image and build the brand and a social network. The structure of the entrepreneurial team roles, skills and power affect the their development, cohesion and entrepreneurial businesses results through their risk behavior, decision-making behavior and learning behavior, The behavior of the entrepreneurial team play an intermediary role between the performance of the entrepreneurial team and the structure of entrepreneurial team. Due to the lack of management experience, poor stability of the entrepreneurial organizations, it is easy to cause dissatisfaction of the core members and organizational crisis.Because entrepreneurs are required to show a strong personal capacity at the beginning, it will exhibit significant weakness in the field of management. Due to entrepreneurial passion, these are often ignored, the weakness often become potential obstacle in the future. Relatively mature business team, missing team roles have also occurred in the process of starting a business. The process of entrepreneurship exploration is full of a lot of uncertainty, changes and adjustments, even to break the rules, regulations in mature management. The study of this subject use practical method that base on case, I put forward the views and thinking about how to lead a new enterprise by using scientific method. Author is a managing director of the Dodge Consulting Company, and he is one of core entrepreneurial members . He is responsible for setting up enterprise architecture, business management and corporate culture construction. By considering entrepreneurial firms' own characters and a comprehensive study of its sustainable development as will as well as studying the effective way of managing entrepreneurial firms, this thesis try to solve a problem, that is how to conduct a scientific management under the Leadership theories and methods. This topic in the thesis realizes the combination of uncontrollable factors management and sustainable development
