| 中文摘要: | 我国的文化创意产业,是一个正经历着快速发展和具有无限发展潜力的行业。从本世纪初,中国文化创意产业的发展速度呈现逐年递增的状态。特别是2010年上海世博会给我国的文化创意产业带来了历史性的发展机遇。然而,任何企业的发展都离不开资本的持续支持,创意产业的发展必然增加我国内在的投资需求,是否能够高效、顺利的利用资本便成为了我国文化创意产业发展的关键要素。 相比传统制造业,我国文化创意产业在最近几年才刚刚踏入资本市场的大门,并没有形成规模化的投融资渠道,绝大部分文化创意企业都基本属于中小企业范畴。由于考虑到风险的因素,我国的资本市场并未对中小型的文化创意企业提供强有力的支持,所以中小型文化创意企业还继续需要国家相关政策的进一步支持和引导。对于处在初级发展阶段的我国文化创意产业,其主要融资渠道还是金融资本,中小型文化创意企业融资渠道还比较单一,造成议价能力弱,融资成本偏高,融资难问题一直是中小文化创意企业发展的瓶颈。 本文主题旨在论述我国中小型创意企业的融资需求、融资模式以及寻求丰富的中小型文化创意企业融资渠道等。在对中小企业融资相关理论分析的基础上,从理论与实践相结合的角度深入分析了中小企业融资约束的一般原因和在我国现阶段产生的具体原因,并且通过研究文化创意企业的行业特征延伸探讨了我国文化创意产业融资困境产生的原因。在此基础上,本文探索了新的资本市场环境下新型融资模式对中小型文化创意企业的发展产生的促进作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy and the era of creative economy. Along with technology progress and rapid economic development, people’s consumption concept changes from material consumption to cultural consumption. During the transition process, the cultural creative industry has been the emerging industry closely related people’s life and fast development of world economy and society. However, the development of all enterprises should rely on the constant fund support. Thus, the development of the creative industry will inevitably increase domestic investment demand in China. The efficient and successful fund utilization has been critical for the development of Chinese cultural creative industry. Compared to traditional manufacturing industry, Chinese cultural creative industry just launches the capital market in recent years. With not scale financial and investment channel, most of cultural creative enterprises are SMEs. In this period, these enterprises have great profitable space and weak development foundation. Since enterprises are small, their value can be hardly determined. In addition, with the characteristic of light assets in appearance, these enterprises can hardly obtain loans directly from banks. Meanwhile, as the important component of Chinese socialist market economy, social funds have insufficient understanding of the development of cultural financial field, resulting in difficulties in financing of social funds and private funds. Financing demand of Chinese medium-sized and small creative enterprises, financing mode, and search for abundant financing channels are discussed in the thesis. The results suggest the improvement of small and medium-sized enterprises financing system building within the raising market in Cultural and Creative Industries. | |
