中文摘要:摘 要上海丞世建筑工程有限公司主要经营领域为建筑装饰及设计,土建,土方工程施工,园林绿化工程施工,机械设备、水电安装,钢结构加工,五金电器、机电设备、交通设施等方面,建筑工地遍布中国江、浙、沪、鲁、粤等地区。面对日趋激烈的市场竞争和企业规模的迅速扩大,在中国建筑业琳琅满目多样化的市场环境下,如何抓住发展机遇,迎接经营挑战、推进企业稳定发展,已成为公司管理层急需解决的重大课题。同时,为保证公司可持续性发展,公司将在保持原有装饰装修优势的基础上,逐步加快加大创新步伐,使上海丞世建筑工程有限公司逐步走向规范化,流程化,专业化,品牌化。在公司求发展的过程中同样遇到了中小企业发展过程中存在的问题,如企业战略规划和公司职能部门及人员管理等问题,在不同程度上影响了企业的发展。在国内建筑市场选择范围扩大的同时,国外建筑公司纷纷看好并进入中国市场,国内多家厂商奋力出击抢占市场的环境下,丞世公司如何根据企业现状,以企业战略管理理论为支撑,通过研究分析外部环境及内部资源情况,加强公司发展战略的研究,对公司进行正确定位,制定适合本公司发展的计划与管理方案,完善企业管理模式和公司治理结构,提高管理者水平,促进企业稳定创新发展,对丞世公司本身意义重大。本文深入分析了丞世公司的内外部环境,运用PEST理论和五力分析原理科学的制定了公司的发展战略定位,在拟出的几种战略选择中做出合理取舍,并针对战略的实施提出了可行建议,以寻求提升丞世公司的综合能力的多种途径。作者根据几年来的实践经验和教训提出了切实可行的战略方案来实现丞世公司的企业管理战略,尽管物化资源和资金实力仍与大型建筑企业有所差距,但只要制定适合自己的企业战略管理措施,采用适当的人力资源规划及企业文化建设机制,实现公司可持续发展是可行的。 关键词:上海丞世建筑公司 企业战略 战略定位  
英文摘要:Abstract Shanghai Chance Construction Company, LTD.'s main operation scope has been in the fields of architectural decoration, design, civil engineering, earthwork project construction, landscape engineering construction, mechanical equipment, installation of water and electricity, steel structure processing, hardware appliances, electrical equipment, traffic facilities and so on. The relevant construction sites spread all over Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Shandong, Guangzhou and other main provinces of China. Facing the increasingly fierce market competition and rapidly growing scales of enterprises, how to seize the opportunities and overcome the challenges thus to promote the development of our enterprise among so many construction firms in China has become the major issue to which the company's top managers are asking for solutions. At the same time, in order to maintain the company's lasting competitive edge, our company has also begun actively developing diversified strategies for better development according to external opportunities, threats and internal advantages. In the process of development, the company also ran into some same problems of enterprise strategies and management issues as some small or medium-sized enterprises did. What's more, these problems in different extent influence the development of the whole enterprise.At present, lots of foreign construction companies are in the process of entering the China's market and many domestic enterprises are striving to host the internal construction market. With current enterprise situation and enterprise's strategic management theory as support, how can Shanghai Chance Construction Company, LTD. finally manage to strengthen the study of the company development strategies, make better strategic positioning, consummate management mode and corporate governance structure thus to seize the chances, perfect our governance and management mode, promote the development of our company. All of the above have a significant meaning in the developing procedure of the company. The thesis deeply analyses the internal and external environment of Shanghai Chance Construction Company, LTD. and formulated the development strategic orientation under the guidance of PEST Theory and Five Competitive Forces Analysis Principle then made reasonable choice among the prepared strategies, raised workable suggestions thus to seek for different ways to promote the comprehensive abilities of the corporation. The author put forward practical strategy to fulfill the company's management strategies according to years of experience and lessons. Though there is still a gap of materialized and capital resources between us and large construction enterprises, as long as we make suitable management strategic measures and adopt appropriate human resource planning and enterprise culture construction mechanism, it is feasible to achieve the development and consequent expansion of the company.
