中文摘要:  2006年以来,随着外资银行大举进驻中国市场,原先以国有商业银行、股份制商业银行和城市商业银行为主体的中国银行业竞争格局更趋紧张。在激烈的竞争中,我国商业银行的战略意识增强,纷纷重视银行的发展战略问题,把战略作为自身的核心竞争力之一,均陆续根据市场情况和自身发展特点制定和调整了各自的发展战略。  然而,现实的众多商业案例表明,企业投入了巨大精力和资源进行的战略分析和战略规划,由于没有组织有效的实施,并没有给企业带来长足进步和整体提升,甚至导致了某种程度的倒退。由此可见,发展战略本身并不是企业失败的原因,发展战略没有得到有效实施才是致命的。  北京银行自1996年成立以来,始终保持快速稳健发展,现已成为一家有较强竞争力的国内上市银行。本文正是基于对北京银行A支行战略实施的内外部环境及现状的分析,确立了以改进该支行战略的具体实施作为研究方向,力求总结归纳支行以往好的经验做法,分析支行当前在战略实施方面的客观环境,提出改进和提升支行战略实施效果的工作方案。 本文采用的研究思路是:首先,广泛研读有关战略,特别是战略实施方面的书籍、期刊、课堂讲义和网络资料,归纳整理对本文研究有帮助的现实理论研究成果,同时结合自己近二十年的银行从业和管理经验,提出研究思路。其后,采用相关战略管理工具,深入对北京银行A支行战略实施的内外部环境和现状进行剖析,得出支行目前自身的优劣势和外部的机遇和挑战。再次,运用SWOT方法,结合自身发展目标,对四因素进行配对,得到自己的战略选择,并进一步从业务板块和支持板块的两个层面八个角度给出了一套改进支行战略实施的方案。最后,是对全文进行总结和展望。 
英文摘要:   Since 2006, with the large scale entry of foreign banks into the Chinese market, the original competition pattern of Chinese banking industry, which is oriented composed with state-owned commercial banks, joint-stock commercial banks and city commercial banks, becomes aggressively tensional. In the fierce competition, due to the enhanced strategic awareness of Chinese commercial banks, great importance has been attached to the development strategy which consequently becomes one of the core competitiveness and has been constituted and adjusted according to the market situation and the own characteristics of banks.    However, in many business cases, the analysis and planning of the development strategy did not bring the company great progress and whole ascension and even led to some kind of retrogression because of the lack of effective implementation, though enormous energy and resources have been inputted in. Therefore, the development strategy itself is not the reason for the failures of enterprises; instead the lack of effective implementation is fatal.    Bank of Beijing was established in 1996. It maintains a rapid and steady development speed and has become a leading domestic commercial bank listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange since its establishment. Based on the analysis of internal and external environment of the strategy implementation in A Branch, this thesis choose the improvement of specific strategic implementation as its research area, summarize the successful experience of the past and analyze the objective environment of strategy implementation in A Branch. Therefore, projects of how to improve and enhance the strategy implementation effect have been putted forward.    In the research methods, useful materials are firstly obtained through books, periodicals and historical data according to the research object in order to get close to the reality. Through the literature review, accurate data and materials are acquired, which has laid a solid foundation for the research of development strategy implementation in the basic operation units of commercial banks. Secondly, the specific case research method is used in this thesis. The writer uses Bank of Beijing A Sub-Branch as an instance, combines his own working and management experience and analyzes the research object meticulous. Finally, how to improve the strategy implementation in the basic level units of commercial banks is explored.
