中文摘要: | 随着科技的不断发展,随着企业管理水平的不断提升,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,现代企业的竞争,归根到底就是人才的竞争。房产开发企业经历了20多年的发展历程,已经从企业成立初期简单的人事管理转变为人力资源管理,企业获取竞争优势的主要方式之一是人力资源管理。人力资源管理不仅仅是招聘员工、录退工及劳动合同管理、薪资发放等事务性工作,已经逐步在人才招聘、工作分析、薪酬管理、绩效管理、培训开发等方面建立起管理体系,并不断地根据运行的情况进行修改与完善。在企业人力资源管理的诸多工作中薪酬管理的成功与否对于人才的竞争具有决定性意义。本文以薪酬管理理论为指导,以ZD房产公司为研究对象,通过对ZD房产公司薪酬管理现状的阐述,分析目前的薪酬管理存在的问题,设计符合企业发展战略需求的薪酬管理的方案。本文研究的目的在于,通过对ZD房产公司薪酬管理的个案研究,为其他房产公司进行细分市场战略定位时,如何进行薪酬管理的调整,以适应企业战略发展需求提供参考与借鉴。本论文共分为六章:第一章绪论,主要介绍本文选题的背景和意义,开展研究的思路和方法;第二章进行相关理论概述;第三章对ZD房产公司的薪酬管理现状进行分析,介绍企业的背景,分析企业现状,分析企业现有的薪资管理存在的问题;第四章薪酬管理优化方案,根据企业战略发展的要求,提出企业薪酬管理的优化方案;第五章提出企业薪酬管理优化方案的实施条件和保障措施;第六章结论,为本文的研究进行全面的归纳和总结。 关键词:民营企业,房产行业,商业地产,薪酬管理优化 | |
英文摘要: | With the continuous development of science and technology, with the improving of the enterprise management level, the competition between the enterprises is more and more intense, the modern enterprise competition, in the final analysis is the talent competition. Real estate development enterprise has experienced more than 20 years of development, has been from the early stages of enterprises set up a simple personnel management to human resource management, enterprise human resources management as the main means of enterprise competitive advantage, the enterprises play an increasingly important role. Human resource management is not just hiring, termination and labor contract management, transactional work, such as salary issue has gradually in the recruitment, job analysis, salary management, performance management, training development establish management system, and continuously modified according to the running situation and improvement. In a lot of work in enterprise human resources management compensation management success or not decisive significance for talent competition. Based on compensation management theory as the instruction, to ZD real estate companies as the research object, through the ZD real estate companies pay management status quo, analysis the present problems existing in the compensation management, the design can meet the demand of enterprise development strategic compensation management solutions. The purpose of this study is that through case studies of ZD real estate company compensation management, for other real estate companies to market segment strategy, how to carry out the adjustment of salary management, to adapt to the enterprise strategy development needs to provide the reference and draw lessons from. This thesis consist of six chapters: the first chapter is introduction, mainly introduced this thesis selected topic background and significance, research ideas and methods; The second chapter carries on the summary of relevant theories; The third chapter analyzes ZD company salary management status, introduce enterprise background, analyze the present situation of enterprise existing analysis enterprise salary management problems; The fourth chapter, according to the requirement of the enterprise strategy development, puts forward the optimization of the enterprise's salary management plan; The fifth chapter puts forward the implementation of the enterprise's salary management security scheme; The sixth chapter is conclusion, to summarize and summary this paper's point of view.
