中文摘要：	孔子是中国春秋时期的思想家和教育家，儒家思想的创始人，被后世尊称为孔圣人、至圣先师，记述其言行的《论语》集中表述了孔子思想的精华。《论语》中的“仁”、“恕”、“和”、“忠信”、“义利”等思想，充分体现了儒家的道德取向和理想追求，在很大程度上塑造并养成了中华民族的人文精神和伦理道德。 《论语》中的这些思想精髓时至今日依然熠熠生辉，它不仅在人文领域发挥着持续的影响，近年来也为商业领域所高度重视。《论语》思想对儒家文化圈所含摄的日本、韩国、新加坡等国的企业管理产生了诸多积极影响。其中的一些思想被涩泽荣一、松下幸之助、稻盛和夫等企业家不断消化、吸收，并高效地运用在企业管理实践中，取得了令世人瞩目的商绩。《论语》不单单在日韩被运用在企业管理中，从明清至近代以来，我国的晋商、徽商等成功地将《论语》思想贯穿在企业文化之中。今天的海航、TCL等企业，将《论语》思想与西方管理经验相结合，对企业的发展起到了良好的推动作用。实例表明，“一手论语，一手算盘”是现代中国企业发展和管理的良方。 改革开放后中国经济蓬勃发展，大小企业如雨后春笋，在企业管理方法上也是参差不齐，百花齐放，可以说处在一个“战国时代”，西方管理方式成为中国企业管理者竞相学习的对象，但是，笔者认为，中国人的思维模式及生活方式是建立在几千年来尧舜大德及儒释道等文化的浸染中产生的，而西方则有与中国完全不同的文明历程，中国不可能复制西方的管理方式，应该探索具有自己特色，更符合中国人民生活习惯的管理方法，而中国人的生长沃土便是以《论语》为代表的儒家思想，将其中的文化精髓与现代管理方法相结合，笔者认为这是一条值得探索并且可行的道路。西方管理方法促进企业高速发展，中国传统精髓保障企业稳定前行。《论语》是修身宝典，更是治理秘籍，它对当今企业管理仍然有着十分重要的借鉴和启迪意义。
英文摘要：	Confucius is a ideologist and educationist of the Spring and Autumn Period, the founder of Confucianism, is respected by the followers as Kong saint and sacrosanctity master, the Analects concentrated express the ideology of Confucius. The essences of the Analects are humanity, forbearance, harmonious, faithfulness and righteousness etc, these sufficiently represent the moral orientation and ideal pursuit of the Confucianism, mould and shaped the humanistic spirit and moral principles to a great extent. The essence of the Analects is still twinkleing now. Recently, it not only effects the culture domain sustainedly, but also been highlighted by the business domain. The ideology of the Analects made lots of positive effects of Japan, Korea and Singapore's business management which belong to the Confucianism circle. Some of the ideology is digested and absorbed by enterpriser such as Sezerongyi, Songxiaxingzhizhu, Daoshenghefu etc, they use the ideology in the practice of business management efficiently and made great achievements. the Analects is not only used in the business management by Japan and Korea, the businessman of Shanxi and Anhui province in our country also successfully penetrate the ideology of the Analects in the business management since the Ming and Qing dynasty. Nowadays, some enterprises such as Haihang and TCL etc, combine the ideology of the Analects and the managment experiences of the western countries, positively promote the development of the enterprises.The instance shows that the "analects of Confucius, hand an abacus is a modern Chinese recipe for enterprise development and management. After reform and opening up, China's economic developed quckly, enterprises have mushroomed, size in enterprise management methods is also verios, like the "sengoku". the western management mode becomes the object of Chinese enterprise managers to learn, but the author thinks that, the Chinese mode of thinking and way of life is based on for thousands of years, a teacher and rao culture was inoculated in Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism, etc, and the western civilization has totally different from China. China can not copy western mode of management, we should explore with their characteristics, more in line with the management methods of the Chinese people's habits and customs, the Chinese people is Confucianism represented by "the analects". Combineed the quintessence culture with modern management methods will be a worth exploring and practical way. Western management methods to promote enterprise develop in a high speed ,and the Chinese traditional essence to ensure stability of the enterprises. "The analects" helps cultivate the personality, but also be management features, which in today's enterprise management still has important reference and enlightenment meaning.
