中文摘要:随着现代工业的发展,城镇人口剧增,环境日益恶化,生态受到严重威胁。低碳城市、生态城市和田园城市一度成为人们向往而努力改变的方向。在这种情况下,人们不能被动地等待自然界的恩赐,必须主动改善和创造良好的生存环境。 绿化苗木市场的兴起是从 20 世纪90年代开始的。随着苗木市场日益扩大的需求,我国苗木市场发展在迅速发展的同时也存在许多问题和特点:当前的苗木市场从业者多数为小户分散经营,生产和管理高度分散,产品质量参差不齐,总体质量不高,目前苗木市场产品多为传统的绿化苗木种类,缺乏新品种,结构单一,苗木过于笼统化,没有进行专业细分。由于分散经营模式中投入成本高、效率低,在未来的市场竞争中必将会被淘汰,取而代之的是由大企业进行资源整合集约经营的模式。未来苗木的生产过程将由接受过技能培训的技术人员进行,并配备具有较高专业知识水平的技术人员对生产过程进行监督指导,以保证产品质量和规格统一。 本论文将对以四川南江地区为代表的绿化彩叶苗木经营模式进行研究,分析在中国目前的绿化彩叶苗木市场的现状下,如何利用先进成熟的科学技术和市场化的思维方法和手段去推动中国绿化彩叶苗木市场的良性发展,从而推进生态环境的建设以及提高农民收入带动地方经济的发展。 本报告共分为六章,第一章绪论,介绍课题研究的背景以及问题的提出;第二章是对绿化彩叶苗木市场发展背景与竞争结构的探讨;第三章是对四川南江绿化彩叶苗木的环境分析与风险评价;第四章是对四川南江绿化彩叶苗木经营模式的拓展策略体系进行分析;第五章是针对四川南江绿化彩叶苗木经营模式的保障策略进行分析;第六章是对论文进行总结。  
英文摘要:Because of the development of modern industry and the sharp increase of the urban population, our environment is deteriorating and the ecology is seriously threatened. We hope to build a low-carbon city which is ecological and pastoral. In this situation, we must take the initiative to improve and create a better environment. The rise of green seedling market is from 1990s. As China’s green seedlings market growing and developing, there are many problems and characteristics occurred. First of all, most practitioners of seedlings are self-employed farmers the operations of whom are scattered. This situation leads to the results of uneven quality of the products. And the quality of overall products is relatively low. Now, the most products in the green seedlings market which structure is single are the traditional types. The seedlings species is too general and there is no specialization. Second, Due to the high cost and low efficiency of the decentralized business model, it will be replaced by large enterprises with intensive business model in the future. In order to guarantee the quality and specifications unified, the future seedlings’ process of production will be operated by the technical staffs who have received technical training. At the same time, the technical staffs with a higher level of knowledge will provide supervision and guidance of the process of the production. This thesis will study the green coleus seedling business model which is represented by Sichuan Nanjiang regions. It will analyses how to promote the development of China’s green coleus seedling market with advanced mature science, technology and the market-oriented thinking methods. After all it will promote the construction of ecological environment, the increasing of farmers' income and the development of local economic. This thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the research background of the question. The second chapter investigates the development background and the competitive structure of the green coleus seedlings market. The third chapter is the core of this report, it analysis the business model of greening Coleus seedlings in Sichuan Nanjiang. And it explores the way to promote the development of China’s green coleus seedling market with advanced mature science, technology and the market-oriented thinking methods.The fourth chapter analyzes the development strategy system of the green coleus seedlings business model in Sichuan Nanjiang. The fifth chapter is analysis for the security strategy of the greening coleus seedlings business model in Sichuan Nanjiang. The sixth chapter is to summarize the thesis.
