中文摘要:航空业在中国的迅速发展对航空油料物流企业的生存和发展提出了严峻的考验,同时也为航油物流企业的发展创造了良好的机遇。中国航油集团物流公司作为国内航空油料物流的主力军正处于一个十分关键的发展阶段,因此对中国航油物流的战略研究是一项迫切而切实可行的工作,制定合理、有效的战略方针对于公司的发展具有深远的意义。 本文运用企业战略发展的理论,对中国航油集团物流公司的战略发展研究进行了详细的阐述。拟用系统的观点对中国航油集团物流公司经营现状分析的基础上,研究公司外部宏观环境和竞争环境,用SWOT分析法分析该公司优势、劣势、机会、挑战,对备选发展战略方案进行分析,然后对公司发展战略进行设计,并提出阶段性发展目标和与发展战略相匹配的一体化物流战略、联盟物流战略和多元化战略,从而加大集团航油物流业务整合力度,提高物流专业服务能力;加快建设以各大物流基地为中心的覆盖全国的物流网络;加强物流信息化管理技术,创建物流平台,加快推进一体化物流进程;从航油市场物流向石油化工物流市场拓展,实现企业物流到物流企业的转化,积极探索、稳步推进航运国际业务。建立布局合理、功能完备、技术先进、节能环保、便捷高效、安全有序并具有国际竞争力的现代物流服务体系,最后对战略实施提出保障措施的建议。以此期望物流公司的子战略对中国航油集团的发展战略作出更大支持,同时完善自身物流体系与强化竞争优势,积极拓展多元化业务,成为具有独特竞争优势的物流公司。 
英文摘要:Aviation industry 's rapid development in China austerely challenged the survival and development of the aviation fuel logistic company,but synchronously created good opportunity for its progress. As a main force of aviation fuel logistic company, China National Aviation Fuel Logistic Co., Ltd. (CNAFLC) is on a very pivotal developing level,so it is an exigent and feasible task to do strategy study of CNAFLC. It has far-reaching significance to the development of CNAFLC to set down rational and effective strategy guideline. In this paper, we will use the theory of corporate strategy development to elaborate the study of CNAFLC’s strategic development. This paper intends to analyze the current status on a system view, and study the external macro-environment and the competitive environment of CNAFLC. We use SWOT to analyze the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, challenges and Quantitative Strategic Matrix to analyze the prepared strategic plan. Then, we design the strategic plan of CNAFLC, and propose the periodical goal and integrated logistics strategy, Alliance Logistics Strategy, multi-business strategy, which fit the development strategy. At last, we propose the guarantee measurements for strategy’s implement. The paper wish to help CNAFLC to support the strategy of CNAP’s more. At the same time, CNAFLC improves its logistics system and strengthens the competitive advantages, and actively diversifies their businesses through this study.
