中文摘要:近年来,越来越多的企业一提到企业的发展问题,就提企业的核心价值。什么最能反映企业的核心价值?------- 企业文化。 企业文化是企业为解决生存和发展的问题的而树立形成的,被企业成员认为有效而共同分享和遵守,并共同遵循的基本信念和认知,企业文化集中体现了一个企业的核心主张,以及由此产生的企业群体行为和企业形象。 企业文化管理是通过解读企业经营管理的关键竞争要素,清晰定义企业的核心价值,并通过系统实施,推动企业各个层面的经营能力和管理效能的全面提升,最终形成企业的核心竞争力。 管理提升,文化是关键。 随着地方经济的发展,GA集团也进入高速发展阶段,但在发展中遇到一系列的瓶颈。 本文是在对GA集团核心文献资料的研究,对其员工进行访谈、问卷调研的基础上,利用企业文化分析核心工具——竞争性文化价值模型、员工敬业度分析模型(Q12)、企业文化个性特征模型,从历史、现在、未来三个维度,对GA集团的企业文化进行了详细的分析。通过对该集团的历史文化积淀分析、现状文化特征分析、文化核心认同情况分析、亚文化与群体差异分析、外部认知分析以及未来发展对文化的需求分析等,来认识GA集团的文化现状及未来发展趋势,并提出提升建议。 总体而言,定位GA集团企业文化核心,确立GA集团文化发展导向,这仅仅是GA集团企业文化工作的一个部分。更为重要的是要实现GA集团企业文化管理工作的深层次转变,即由一般性的企业文化建设和策划转变为适应GA集团未来发展的企业文化管理,真正实现GA集团文化的深层次落实和提升,真正从研究企业文化核心理念向员工及组织行为的转变,从而达到通过文化管理提升企业管理的预期目标,这也是本文的重要目的。 
英文摘要:In recent years, more and more companies mention the development of enterprises, to name just the company's core values. What best reflects the company's core value? ------- Corporate culture. Corporate culture is to foster the formation of the enterprise to solve the problems of survival and development, business members effective and shared, and common to follow the basic beliefs and cognitive corporate culture embodies the core of a business proposition, and the resulting enterprise group behavior and image.
