| 中文摘要: | 当前,CIS作为企业塑造和提升自身形象的重要工具,已经成为众多企业进行品牌形象建设的重要手段。山西丰瑞达企业形象设计公司作为本土品牌管理咨询公司的一员,在当前形势下,公司是否以及如何实施CIS导入就成为本文主要的研究问题。经过研究得出以下结论:丰瑞达公司目前存在的问题是:企业的经营理念个性化不强;组织管理缺乏统一协调性;人力资源管理系统不健全;企业视觉识别设计缺乏艺术性和冲击力;忽视了自身品牌建设等。上述问题的存在要求丰瑞达公司必须通过实施CIS导入来促进企业未来的成长。而实施CIS导入有利于提高丰瑞达公司的市场竞争力;有利于公司加强内部管理;有利于激励员工士气和提高凝聚力;有利于改善信息传播效果。在CIS设计过程中坚持的原则主要有:战略性原则;个性化原则;社会化原则;系统性原则;动态调整原则等。丰瑞达公司实施CIS导入的前期准备工作主要包括:组建CIS项目执行委员会;实施CIS导入的教育动员;前期调研活动等。主要设计内容包括理念识别(MI)、行为识别(BI)、视觉识别(VI)等。丰瑞达公司的CIS实施推广要点包括三方面:首先要坚持CIS导入的长期实施。其次,丰瑞达公司CIS导入实施坚持变化与统一相结合。最后,丰瑞达公司CIS导入实施过程应当是先内后外。整个导入实施工作包括:组织准备阶段、全面推进阶段、维护阶段等三个阶段。总之,山西丰瑞达公司必须对自身有一个清晰的认识和定位,结合公司发展的实际需要,有针对性地实施CIS导入,才能真正的促进企业发展,提升企业市场竞争力。 | |
| 英文摘要: | At present, CIS as an important tool for enterprises to create and enhance their own image, has become an important means for many enterprises to construct the brand image. Shanxi Fengruida company as a member of the local consulting company, in the current situation, the company whether and how construct and implement the CIS has become the main problem of this paper. The conclusions as follow: At present, the main problems of Fengruida company include: The business philosophy of personalized is not strong; lack of unified coordination organization and management; human resources management system is not perfect; corporate visual identity design lacking artistic quality and impact force; ignored its brand construction. The above problems required Fengruida company to promote the company's future growth through the implementation of CIS. And the implementation of CIS is helpful to improve the Fengruida company's market competitiveness; to strengthen the internal management of the company; improve the staff morale and cohesion; and to improve the information dissemination effect. Adhere to the principle in the design process of CIS mainly include: strategic principle; the principle of individualization; socialization principle; the principle of system; dynamic adjustment principle etc. the preparatory work mainly includes: the formation of the Executive Committee of the CIS ; the mobilization and education; the investigation activities. The main design content includes the concept of identification (MI), behavior identity (BI), visual identification (VI) etc. Fengruida's CIS implementation work includes three aspects: Firstly, adhere to the long-term implementation. Secondly, stick to the combination of variety and unity. Finally, the implementation process should be the first internal public and external public. The implementation work includes: preparation stage, comprehensively promote stage, the maintenance stage. In short, Fengruida company must have a clear understanding and positioning of their own. Combined with the actual needs of the development of the company, through the implementation of CIS, it can promote the development of enterprise and truly enhance the market competitiveness of enterprise. | |
