| 中文摘要: | 人力资源是企业成长的根本,一个企业能否做大做强关键在于人力资源的质量和数量。中国联合水泥集团有限公司(以下简称“中国联合水泥”)作为一家国有企业,在人力资源管理上面临着人才短缺、工作分析缺失、人才结构不合理、培训工作不理想、绩效考核不完善、激励机制缺失等问题,对公司人力资源管理进行变革刻不容缓,公司迫切需要提升人力资源管理水平以获得持续竞争力和长久发展。本文对中国联合水泥的人力资源管理进行了较为深入的研究。全文共分六部分,各章节安排如下:第一章为绪论,主要从研究背景和动机中,归纳出本文的研究目的。第二章为文献综述部分,主要介绍相关理论。第三章介绍中国联合水泥人力资源管理现状,主要分析公司的各项人力资源管理制度,并指出其优势。第四章分析中国联合水泥人力资源管理中存在的问题,具体从人力资源发展规划、招聘、培训、薪酬管理及激励机制等方面展开。第五章为中国联合水泥人力资源管理提升对策部分,针对前面所列举的人力资源问题,提出相应的解决措施。最后为结论部分,针对本文研究的资料,总结全文观点,指出论文的不足,提出有待研究的议题。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Human resource is the fundamental elements of deciding enterprise’s growth, and the key of a enterprise be bigger and stronger is the quality and quantity of human resources.As a state-owned enterprise, China United Cement Group Co., Ltd. (Abbreviation of CUCC)is facing some human resource management issues, such as talent shortage, lack of job analysis, unreasonable personnel structure, unsatisfactory training, imperfect performance appraisal, lack of incentives and so on, so it’s urgent to change the company's human resource management,and CUCC need to upgrade the level of human resource management to obtain the sustained competitiveness and long-term development. The paper is a more in-depth research on human resource management of CUCC. The text is divided into six parts, each chapter is organized as follows: Chapter 1 is an introduction, which summarizes the purpose of this study mainly from the research background and motivation. Chapter 2 is the literature,which introduces the related theory. Chapter 3 describes the current situation of CUCC’s human resource management, which mainly analyzes the systems of the company's human resources management and points out its advantages. Chapter 4 analyzes the problems in human resource management of CUCC, such as the planning of human resources development, recruitment, training, compensation management, incentives and so on. Chapter 5 is the countermeasures of CUCC’s human resource management enhancement, which proposes solutions for the human resource issues listed above. Chapter 6 is the conclusion, which concludes the paper perspective, points out the lack of papers, and proposes the new topics to be studied in the future. | |
