中文摘要:价值链研究是新型的企业经营和分析的管理工具。价值链是企业经营过程相互关联而又完全不同的各个环节之间的伴随产品或服务流转的不断增值,形成的价值增值链条。本文从系统介绍了超市的起源和发展历史,及其作为自助销售的商品售卖方式的经营特点和独有要求。根据超市的经营特点并结合价值链的研究理论,对超市价值链两个重要方面(即基本性影响因素和支持性影响因素)进行详细的分析和介绍。本文对连锁超市的价值链的活动要素进行了界定,并指出两种活动要素之间的关联性。在对连锁超市的基本活动要素,即采购环节、物流环节和商品管理环节,进行了具体分析,找出了影响价值链的基本活动要素。在接下来的论述中逐步分析出支持性活动要素的重点,包括总部的控制和协调、防损管理、质量管理、人力资源管理及信息技术开发进行了概要的分析。在综合分析的基础上也得出了为保持超市的竞争优势,更需要进行价值链的优化和再造。再此基础上,并根据华润万家的具体情况,结合价值链管理理论,对华润万家价值链的环节上进行了SWOT分析。因此,使得关于连锁超市价值链的分析更具体和具有针对性,以期价值链理论能在超市的运营管理过程中能起到正确的指导作用。 
英文摘要:Research on the value chain is a new tool of enterprise management and analysis. The value chain is a process that the nodes in the enterprise operation which are mutually related and totally different, finally form a chain of value growth, accompanied by products or services increment. This paper, gives a systemic introduction to the origins and development history of supermarket, and its operation features and exclusive requirements as a self-service sale way. It makes a profound analysis and introduction to the two important aspects (Basic Element and Supporting Element) of the supermarket value chain, upon the operation features and the theories of value chain. In this paper, it defines the key two elements of value chain and figures out the relationship between them. By analyzing the active elements of supermarket, such as merchandising, delivery and merchandise management, it comes to find the basic elements which influents the value chain most. In the following illustration, it analyzes the supporting elements, such as controlling and coordination, loss prevention, quality assurance, human resources and information technology. In conclusion, the value chain optimization and reconstruction is most needed to keep the supermarket competitive. Upon all the above, a SWOT analysis to CRV value chain is made according to the situation of CRV and combining the value chain theory. Through which, the analysis on supermarket value chain becomes more specific and targeted, and the value chain theory is hoped to perform a correct guiding role in the supermarket operation.
