中文摘要：	建筑设计公司的健康有序发展适应我国城市化平稳发展的需求，为我国城市的经济发展和社会发展提供有力的保障要素。此外，城市化发展也为我国建筑设计行业的行业发展提供了强有力的市场容量保证。随着我国国内生产总值每年以百分之七的增长率保持强劲增长，我国每年新增就业人口四千五百万。国内宏观经济总体持稳，价格水平稳定。从我国经济增长的效率和效益上看，我国城市发展尤其是城市建设的发展都处在一个较为有利的环境之中。建筑设计公司在我国城市的发展中占有重要的位置，研究我国建筑设计公司的发展模式将产生重大的指导意义。本研究基于其解决实际企业问题的目标，根据研究需要在研究过程中将运用多学科的系统研究方法，通过首先对理论的研讨和推演找到解决目标研究问题的方法和思路。此外，结合案例研究等质化研究方法，本研究将对我国建筑设计公司的发展模式进行深入探讨。本论文研究的主要内容为我国建筑设计公司的发展模式与发展策略，该发展模式由发展原则、发展模式、构成要素与关键环节等构成。论文通过对我国建筑设计公司目前的发展现状和既有发展路径的分析，试图找到我国建筑设计公司在发展的过程中存在的主要问题和不足，为建立健康、持续的发展策略提供依据。不同类型的建筑设计公司在其发展模式上应具有差异性，论文的最后部分针对这种差异性，提出具体的发展策略建议。本研究具体研究问题由以下三个内容构成：1）我国建筑设计公司进行发展模式研究的重要性与必要性；2）构建我国建筑设计企业发展模式的指导思想与发展原则；3）我国建筑设计公司发展模式构成要素及其动态协调机制。
英文摘要：	Architectural design company the healthy and orderly development of China's urbanization to adapt to the steady development of the demand, for our country the city's economic development and social development to provide strong guarantee elements. With China's gross domestic product by seven percent a year growth rate of strong growth, our country every year hate employment population of forty-five million. Domestic macro economy overall holds firm, stables price level. From our country economic growth efficiency and benefit point of view, urban development, especially the development of urban construction is in more favorable surroundings. Architectural design company in our country the development of the city occupies an important position, the research on China's architectural design company's development model will have great significance. This study based on the enterprise to solve practical problems target, according to the need in the research process will be using multidisciplinary system research method, first through the theory discussion and inference to find solutions to target research methods and ideas. In addition, in the combination of case study and qualitative research methods, this study will be to our country architectural design company's development modes are discussed. In this paper the main content of the research for our country architectural design company's development strategy, the development strategy by the principle of development, development mode, elements and key links constitute. The paper pass to our country building design company present development status and both development path analysis, trying to find our country architectural design company in the process of development of the existing main problems and the insufficiency, for establishing a healthy and continuous development strategy to provide basis. Different types of architecture design company in its development model should have difference, the last part of the paper to the difference, and put forward a concrete suggestion of development strategy. This study concrete research problems result from the following three contents constitute a: 1) our architectural design company development pattern research importance and necessity; 2) to construct China's architectural design enterprise development mode, the guiding ideology and the development principle, 3) our architectural design company development model elements and its dynamic coordination mechanism.
