中文摘要：	近几年各地医院的新建、扩建和升级作为国民经济生活中的刚性需求得以跨越式增长，而手术室作为医院的重要硬件配置也使其市场需求获得超常规的增长。同时手术室的功能随着医疗技术的不断发展更新，也变得越来越全面、越来越先进，更多更先进的治疗仪器、各种手术的辅助设备、先进的治疗技术的应用使手术室逐渐向人性化、定制化、数字化、节能化发展。对手术室工程的从业企业也相应提出了更高的要求。但在医疗洁净室工程方面，受以往经济发展水平的限制，目前国内还有很多医院的洁净手术室达不到《医院洁净手术部建筑技术规范》（GB50333-2002）和《医药工业洁净厂房设计规范》（GB50457-2008）的要求，这些场所都将需要进行重新改造。 医疗手术室净化工程行业市场规模巨大，从事该行业的企业众多。但由于我国医疗专业工程行业起步较晚，医疗专业工程服务企业经营规模普遍较小，技术水平与施工能力参差不齐。立足于行业具体业务环节，从事装饰装修施工、部件生产等技术水平要求较低业务的企业众多；但从事系统运维、规划设计等具备高附加值的企业却相对较少；而能为医疗机构提供一体化服务的企业则更是凤毛麟角。从目前全国范围内的从业企业看具备一体化服务能力的，且具备一定行业知名度和一定市场占有率的从业企业应该不超过十家。大多数从业企业的发展思路不清晰，市场需求与行业的现状严重不匹配。本文的研究重点放在如何通过对JHT公司所处的行业环境的分析, 运用五力模型和SWOT分析等理论工具，进一步的明晰企业所面临的机会与威胁，运用这些分析结论找出能够超越竞争对手的战略。帮助JHT公司在众多的行业竞争对手当中能快速的脱颖而出，在国家大力发展医疗基础设施的政策扶持下实现快速的发展壮大。 通过本文的选题研究，帮助JHT公司找到了一条能够快速成长为行业领军企业的成长模式。并对其他洁净手术室企业的经营者在战略规划方面能有所帮助。可以更加清晰看清我国当前及以后手术室净化工程行业的发展方向、发展潜力、市场规模、同业竞争情况等等。为JHT公司今后的发展指明前进的方向，明确发展战略，突出着力点，进一步的促进公司整体业务的发展，为将来将JHT公司打造成全国领先的手术室净化工程一体化综合服务商奠定理论基础，并为将来开拓国际市场积累经验和实力。
英文摘要：	In recent years, the construction, expansion and upgrade of the hospital over our country have got a leapfrog growth as a rigid demand of national economic life, and the operating room, as a important hardware configuration in hospital ,that its market demand also gets a unconventional growth. At the same time ,with the developing and renewing of the medical technology ,the function of the operating room becomes more and more comprehensive and more and more advanced .The forth putting of treatment instrument more advanced、auxiliary equipment of various surgery、advanced treatment technology make the operating room become humane customized digitized energy-saving ,and put forward higher require to the business practitioners of operating theater project .However ,recent in medical and clean room engineering, there are many clean operating room of domestic hospital can't reach the requires of "Hospital clean operating department building technical specifications" (GB50333-2002) and "Clean rooms in the pharmaceutical industry design specifications" (GB50457-2008) because of the limitations of the previous level of economic development ,that those places need reinventing. The market of medical operating room purification engineering industry is huge and the companies engaging this industry is numerous ,but because our country's medical profession Engineering industry started late ,so the medical profession engineering services business is generally smaller scale and the level of technology and construction capability is uneven .The companies engaged in the businesses whose level of technology requires lowly are numerous ,for example industry specific business links、decoration construction、component production ,and so on ,but having high valuable companies as engaging in the system operation and maintenance and planning and design are relatively small ,and the companies to provide integrated services to medical institutions are smaller .In business practitioners nationwide there are smaller than ten companies with integrated service capabilities、industry visibility and market share .Most practitioners enterprise development ideas are not clear, the market demand and seriously mismatch with the status of the industry. The focus of this article is that analyzes industry environment which JHT is in and further clarity enterprise opportunities and threats facing ,by using five forces model and SWOT analysis and find out strategies of being able to outperform their competitors by using these conclusions .This can help JHT come to the fore quickly from many industry competitors and develop quickly in the policies which the country develop medical infrastructure vigorously. The topics research can help JHT find a growth mode to quickly grow as the industry leader and be helpful to other clean operating room business owners in strategic planning .Besides ,it can more clearly see the development direction and potential, the market size and the situation of industry competition of our country's operating room purification engineering industry current and future .It indicates the direction of forward、clear development strategy for JHT's future development and further promotes the development of the company's overall business .It also lays the theoretical foundation for making JHT become the operating room of the country's leading integrated purification project integrated service provider and opens up experience and strength for the future to develop the international market.
