中文摘要：	“大健康”产业是随着时代发展、社会进步以及医药卫生事业的发展提出的一种全局性健康理念。它围绕着人的衣食住行和生老病死，关注各类影响健康的危险因素和误区，提倡自我健康管理，即不仅有科学的健康生活，更要有正确的健康消费等。大健康产业一直是风险投资极为活跃的地方，也是私募股权基金所青睐的对象。但对我国潜力巨大的健康市场和众多的制药企业而言，吸引国际资金的现状并不乐观，这与该行业所具有的投资回报期过长，中国大健康产业政策与国外差距太大，大健康产业投资人才缺乏等风险有着直接关系。论文重点研究了大健康产业发展的历史现状，并在此基础上提出了基于项目生命周期的风险管理方法，这一方法能够有效识别和度量此类项目在资金募集阶段、项目投资阶段、项目管理阶段以及项目退出阶段可能存在的各种潜在风险，并对上述风险采取有针对性的应对和监控措施，案例研究证明通过采用这一方法能够有效控制相应的投资风险，并实现所有利益相关主体投资价值的最大化。论文的创新点主要体现在提出了大健康产业投资项目的全生命周期模型，并在此基础上完善了此类项目基于生命周期的风险管理方法。后续研究应更多地从行业应用着手，进一步修正、丰富、完善现有的风险管理理论及风险管理方法。
英文摘要：	“General Health” is a global health concept proposed with the development of the times, social progress and the development of medicine and public health, which encircles clothing, food, house, transportation and life, attentions to all kinds of risk factors and errors those affect health. It advocates self-health management, concerns not only scientific and healthy life, but also correct health consumption. Health industry has always been an active field of venture capital and a favored target of private equity funds. However, the situation of attracting international capital is not so optimistic for our health market which has great potential and our pharmaceutical enterprises. There are many influencing factors such as the too long investment return period of this industry, the too big gap of health industry policy between China and abroad, the lack of the health industry investment talent and so on. This thesis focused on the development history of the health industry, and a risk management method in view of project life circle was put forward on this basis. This method can effectively identify and measure various potential risks in the fundraising stage, project investment stage, project management stage and project exist stage, moreover, give targeted response and control measures for the risks. Case study proved that this method can effectively control the investment risks, and maximize the investment value of all the stakeholders. The main devote of this thesis is that set up a project life cycle model of the health industry investment project, and perfect the risk management method based on the project life cycle. Future study should concern more on industry application, and modify, enrich, improve the existing risk management theory and risk management method furthermore.
