中文摘要:近年来,随着国家经济基础建设的发展,电力工程建设规模日趋扩大,在电力工程建设中占有十分重要地位的输电线路工程建设发展非常迅速。由于输电线路工程建设项目多是在复杂的自然和社会环境中进行的,具有投资大、战线长、影响因素多等特点,在项目质量、工期、投资、效益等方面的要求也越来越高。因此,输变电线路工程项目需要进行有效的项目管理,才能保证项目的顺利实施且按计划完成。本文在对工程项目进度管理理论进行综述的基础上,以新疆与西北主网750KV工程为例对输电线路工程项目进度管理进行研究。首先通过查阅文献资料,对项目进度管理理论进行研究,分析了项目进度计划的制定和控制方法;其次,结合实际工作,总结分析了输电线路工程项目中的诸多特点,对输电线路工程进度管理中的问题以及主要影响因素进行了探讨;最后,在新疆与西北主网750KV输电线路工程中,应用现代项目进度管理方法,分解工序,制定工程进度计划,并对进度计划风险进行分析,通过对该工程项目进度的实施情况定期地与计划进度进行比较发现进度偏差,并及时进行调整,对工程建设进度控制中出现的问题及时提出相应的解决措施和建议,对以后的输电线路工程进度管理具有一定的借鉴和指导作用。 
英文摘要:In recent years, with the development of national economic construction, power engineering construction scale expands day by day, the transmission line project construction which plays an important role in power engineering construction is developing very fast. As the transmission line construction project has high investment, large scale, content, more complex organizational structure, many other factors such as characteristics, the respect of benefit, quality are also getting higher and higher. Therefore, transmission line project need for effective project management, to ensure that the project can be completed according to plan. On the basis of the analysis of the theories of project schedule management, this paper attempts to make a thorough research on schedule management of the transmission line project by the case study of “Xinjiang 750KV transmission line project”. Firstly, through access to literature, to project management theory, analyzes the progress of the project planning and control method; Secondly, combined with the actual work, analyzed the transmission line project features, on the transmission line project schedule management problems and the main influence factors are analysed; Lastly, in Xinjiang 750KV transmission line projects, the application of modern project management method, schedule, and schedule risk analysis, the engineering construction progress control in the problems promptly put forward the corresponding measures and suggestions, for subsequent transmission line project progress management has certain reference and guidance.
